Description

EVP V1 supplies a lifetime emergency fleet for police and medical roleplay. Its 40+ lore-friendly vehicles cover ground response and aviation, with both scratch-made models and reworked vanilla vehicles. Sedans, SUVs, pickups and sports interceptors sit alongside motorcycles, ATVs and aircraft, allowing departments to configure several kinds of unit within the same fleet.

Native modkit choices and extras provide 200+ customisation options on each vehicle. A standard customisation menu exposes these choices in game. Officers can select equipment, departmental finishes and unit identification without needing a dedicated menu. A universal parts system gives the fleet consistent lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and tags across its different vehicle types.

Lighting and department equipment

The emergency lighting is non-ELS, with patterns synchronised on the server and no client ELS dependency. A custom lightbar script offers several bars with complete patterns. Different lighting setups can be selected on the vehicle rather than requiring duplicate models for each bar. ALPR attachments, undercover arrangements and slicktop choices extend that selection.

  • Editable callsigns use a 5-digit system and allow colour changes for unit identification.
  • Lightbar choices include ALPR fittings alongside slicktop and undercover configurations.
  • 1 model can take LEO, EMS, DOC or Federal duties, as well as Unmarked and Decommissioned configurations.
  • Paint works independently of the livery, with single-colour and two-tone finishes available.
  • Jurisdiction-specific ram bars accompany exterior equipment, and players can control the spotlights.
  • A custom emergency-service wheel pack covers several vehicle brands.
  • Native extras and mod categories have labels for in-game selection.

Unit identity and liveries

LSPD, LSSD and SAHP liveries form the departmental selection. Future departmental updates include SAMA and LSIA, NOOSE, Vinewood PD, Rockford PD, Paleto Sheriff’s, Davis PD and Rangers, among others. The fleet’s liveries align with ONX EUP uniforms for a coordinated department appearance.

There are 16 unit tags. The choices include Supervisor and Command, Warden and Paramedic, SWAT and Gang Unit, plus K9 and Caution K9. Colourable versions and red reflective versions are available. Together with callsign editing and livery choices, the tags allow departments to identify different assignments on their vehicles.

Interior and storage choices

The cabin selection includes 45+ arrangements involving consoles, radios, siren controllers and laptops. Dash radar is available, and gun racks can be fitted at the divider, roof or trunk. The interior choices give a department ways to equip its units according to their role while maintaining the fleet’s common equipment style.

  • K9-ready vehicles offer cages, including divided accommodation for a dog and suspect.
  • Window bars and interior dividers accompany the cage choices.
  • Antenna arrays include regular, specialist and tactical equipment, plus retrofit wobble choices suited to state, county and city units.
  • Trunks can use animated lockboxes and drawers.
  • Storage layouts range from organised arrangements to messy setups, with raised boxes and loose clutter also available.

Livery templates and installation guides come with the fleet. Departments can use the templates for their own branding within the licence permissions. Documentation also includes installation tutorials and best-practice guidance, with support included.

Vehicle construction

The assets have full LODs, tuned polycounts and compressed textures. Rockstar-style mapping handles dirt and crash appearance. Custom handling combines roleplay realism with arcade balance, giving the fleet its driving setup across the different chassis. The liveries use 2K artwork, and the emergency wheel selection serves multiple makes.

  • Vehicle textures: YTD ≤ 1024.
  • Embedded liveries: ≤ 2048.
  • Full vehicle LODs.
  • Server-synchronised non-ELS light patterns.
  • Lightbar script compatibility with Gabz PD cars.

Gabz PD cars can join a mixed fleet with compatible lightbar scripting and a coordinated visual style. The common parts system supports the same consistent equipment appearance across EVP V1, including the lightbars, consoles and identification pieces used when configuring units.

Fleet access

The purchase covers the complete V1 fleet permanently. That access includes LEO, EMS, DOC and Federal vehicles, Legacy units, Interceptors, Bikes, ATVs and Air. EVP V1 is bought once for lifetime ownership. The shared universal parts library, templates and support documentation are included.

Installation and in-game setup

EVP V1 is an add-on resource for FiveM, using drag-and-drop installation and a standard start order. It works with common frameworks. A customisation menu provides access to the native equipment choices after installation, including the lightbars, liveries, ALPR equipment and cabin setups.

  1. Create [onx_vehicles] within the server’s resources folder and place the ONX vehicle resources there.
  2. Insert ensure [onx_vehicles] into the server cfg.
  3. Configure the vehicles through a customisation menu: select lightbars, liveries and ALPR, then cages, consoles, antennas, trunks and tags.
  4. Include VMT_Lightbar in the menu. This category arrived in build 3095 and exposes the custom lightbar and ALPR choices.

Licence and contributors

Reuploading, resale and rebranding are prohibited for assets other than liveries and textures. Assets must not be redistributed. The liveries and textures may be rebranded for the departments using the fleet.

The ONX Development Team built EVP V1. Its contributors are Witteh, Momo, BarnabyJones, JunkyWRX, Tidemo, Dayashii, WiseGuy and ONX.

Configuring service roles

The native equipment choices allow a department to prepare an unmarked car, a marked patrol unit or a decommissioned vehicle from the same model. Callsigns, tags and independently selected body paint accompany that configuration. For a K9 assignment, the available cages include divided dog and suspect seating on multiple vehicles. For a cabin loadout, console and laptop choices can accompany the radio and siren controller. Trunk drawers, lockboxes and loose clutter provide further choices when preparing the unit’s interior and storage appearance.
