Description
Albany Presidente VSTR Police is a modular squad car for city, county and state roleplay. JunkyWRX created the vanilla edit with contributions by WiseGuy and Tidemo. The lore-friendly model is scratch-made and carries 200+ native customisation options.
Configuring a role
The car can serve as LEO, EMS or DOC, with Federal, Unmarked and Decommissioned configurations also available. All use the same model. Native extras and modkit categories determine the selected role and equipment.
This platform suits patrol, supervisor, K9, SWAT and undercover duties. The configuration changes the fittings and identifiers carried by the car, allowing those duties to use the same underlying resource. A separate model is not required for each department setup.
Department appearance
LSPD, LSSD and SAHP designs provide the included department liveries. They cover city, county and state variants at 2K resolution. Paint choices include a single finish or a two-tone arrangement.
The two-tone system is independent of the livery. A paint change therefore does not require changing the selected department graphic. Custom AWD Vapid wheels are supplied as part of the exterior specification.
- LSPD department design.
- LSSD department design.
- SAHP department design.
- 2K livery resolution.
- Single or two-tone paint.
- Separate paint and livery controls.
- Custom AWD Vapid wheels.
Callsigns and tags
The callsign display supports 5-digit identifiers. The value is editable and its colour can be selected. This provides the individual unit number alongside the department markings.
There are 16 unit tags. The choices cover Command, Supervisor, Paramedic, Warden, Gang Unit, SWAT, Caution K9 and K9. Both colourable and red reflective versions are available.
Tags distinguish the unit’s function, while the callsign identifies the individual car. These settings sit alongside the selected equipment. They are configured through the same native vehicle system as the lightbars and other parts.
Non-ELS lighting
The emergency patterns are synchronised without a client ELS dependency. The non-ELS setup provides the same light sequence to players and avoids duplicated lighting models. It is part of the supplied patrol-car resource.
Lightbar choices include ALPR attachments and slicktop or undercover arrangements. Those configurations can be selected in game. The relevant custom lightbar and ALPR controls use the game-build category in the installation section.
Exterior equipment
Ram bars are available for different jurisdictions. Players control the spotlights. Antenna equipment includes regular arrays, specialist versions and tactical wobble options for city, county and state units.
These fittings provide the outside equipment for the selected role. The same model can be configured with the appropriate ram bar, antenna arrangement and lighting setup while retaining its department livery and unit identifiers.
Interior and K9 equipment
The cabin selection has 50+ console, radio, siren-controller and laptop arrangements. Dash radar is included. Divider choices and gun racks at the roof or trunk provide further equipment configurations.
The K9-ready setup includes split K9/suspect seating. Primary and secondary paint colours can be applied to that seating. A full K9 layout is available, with window bars and dividers among the supplied parts.
- 50+ cabin equipment arrangements.
- Consoles, radios and siren controllers.
- Laptop setups and dash radar.
- Divider, roof and trunk gun racks.
- Split canine/suspect seating.
- Primary and secondary seating paint.
- Full K9 configuration.
- Window bars and dividers.
The seating and barriers give the K9 configuration its interior arrangement. They can be selected with the other cabin equipment, allowing a canine unit to use the same vehicle model as a patrol or supervisor setup.
Trunk and native controls
Storage options include animated lockboxes and drawers. Organised layouts and messy layouts are supplied. The trunk equipment is part of the native selection rather than a separate vehicle variant.
Labels identify extras and mod categories. A standard vehicle customisation menu can toggle those parts in game, with no additional menu script required. The controls cover the trunk as well as the cabin, exterior and identification options.
Shared fleet details
The Presidente uses equipment common to ONX EVP and the Gabz fleet. Lightbars, consoles, antennas, tags and cages belong to that shared library. Their appearance remains consistent across the other standalone vehicles using the same components.
Vehicle markings match the uniform designs in the ONX EUP Clothing Pack. Department graphics can be prepared using the included templates and installation guidance. The vehicle and corresponding uniforms can therefore follow the same fleet design.
The build uses full LODs, adjusted polygon counts and compressed textures. The body uses Rockstar-style dirt and crash mapping accompany custom handling that blends realistic roleplay with arcade balance. These construction details sit alongside the configurable equipment.

Resource setup
The car installs as a drag-and-drop add-on. It works with common frameworks using the standard resource start order. Native categories expose the options through the server’s existing customisation menu.
- Put the ONX vehicle resources in [onx_vehicles] within the resources folder.
- Add ensure [onx_vehicles] to server.cfg.
- Choose the lightbars, liveries, ALPR fittings, cages, consoles, antennas, storage and tags in game.
- Add VMT_LIGHTBAR to the menu for custom ALPR and lightbar access.
Game Build 3095 is required for those category-dependent features. The vehicle operates on standard installations, with the newer category needed for the complete set of custom lighting choices. The build requirement is therefore relevant when exposing the entire modkit.
Included material and terms
The package contains the Presidente VSTR with city, county and state designs, the universal component library and documentation. Templates, installation tutorials and usage guidance are included.
Original assets cannot be reuploaded, offered for resale or rebranded, except for liveries and textures created for the buyer’s own server. Redistribution is forbidden.
The ONX Development Team is credited for the package, and JsH supplied the showcase screenshots. The combination of role configurations, cabin equipment and separate paint controls defines the Presidente’s place in a multi-department patrol roster.
The split seating and window barriers are the K9 interior choices, configured alongside the other patrol equipment.
