Description
ONX Vapid Monarch is a scratch-built police interceptor inspired by the 2011 Crown Vic. Its lore-friendly design suits city, county and state patrol, with LSPD, LSSD and SAHP liveries supplied. BarnabyJones and WiseGuy built the model, with contributions credited to Tidemo and JunkyWRX.
The Monarch uses non-ELS lighting and a shared ONX equipment library. A single vehicle model supports different department roles, while more than 200 customisation choices are exposed through modkit and extras. Officers can change their vehicle’s equipment in game using the server’s existing customisation menu.
Patrol roles and identification
LEO, EMS and DOC configurations are available alongside Federal, Unmarked and Decommissioned setups. These roles use 1 vehicle model, with the visible specification determined by the chosen livery, equipment and unit identification. The resource therefore provides its variations through configuration rather than duplicate model entries.
Unit identification uses an editable 5-digit callsign. The digits are colourable, allowing the number and finish to be set for the individual unit. There are also 16 unit tags, with colourable and reflective-red versions.
- Supervisor and Command tags
- Warden and Paramedic tags
- SWAT and Gang Unit tags
- K9 and Caution K9 tags
Both single-colour and two-tone paint are supported. The paint arrangement remains independent of the livery, so a department’s graphics do not fix the body’s paint configuration. The supplied liveries align with uniforms from the ONX EUP Clothing Pack.
Emergency lighting and exterior fittings
The non-ELS light system uses synchronised patterns without a client ELS dependency. Lightbar choices include ALPR attachments as well as slicktop and undercover arrangements. The equipment is part of the normal vehicle configuration, rather than a separate client-side lighting installation.
Jurisdiction-specific ram bars and player-operated spotlights provide the other exterior patrol fittings. Antennas are available in regular, specialist and tactical forms, including wobble variants. Those arrays cover city, county and state unit presentations.
Custom Vapid Trim Covers provide the Monarch’s wheel treatment. The model’s dirt and crash mapping follows Rockstar’s approach, while its custom handling balances roleplay realism with arcade behaviour.
Cabin, K9 and storage
There are 50+ interior equipment configurations covering consoles, radios, siren controllers and laptops. Dash radar is included, and gun racks can be located at the divider, roof or trunk. These choices let the same vehicle carry different working loadouts while retaining the Monarch cabin.
The K9 options include a split dog-and-suspect seating arrangement or a full K9 configuration. Primary and secondary paint can colour the split seating. Window bars and dividers complete the available rear-compartment equipment.
Trunk options include animated lockboxes and drawers. Both organised and messy layouts are provided, giving a choice of how the stored equipment appears. Their animations and layout variations are part of the vehicle’s configurable equipment set.
Shared parts and menu controls
Lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and tags use the universal ONX EVP/Gabz parts library. That common library is also used by other standalone ONX models, keeping these fittings visually consistent across a mixed motor pool.
The full selection contains 200+ options. Labelled native extras and mod categories expose them for in-game adjustment, so custom menu software is not required. Department, ALPR equipment, lightbar, cages, consoles, antennas, trunk arrangement, tags and K9 layout all remain choices on the same Monarch spawn.
Geometry and texture specification
The vehicle has full LOD stages, tuned polygon counts and compressed textures. Supplied liveries use 2K artwork. Texture limits are YTD ≤ 1024 and embedded liveries ≤ 2048, with the precise dimensions and counts below.

onx_polmonar
Use that identifier for every supported department and equipment configuration. The city, county and state versions are selected through the livery and mod options after spawning. Changing a role does not require a separate Monarch model name.
Installation and game build
The package is a drag-and-drop add-on resource with a standard start order. It works alongside common FiveM frameworks. Place the ONX vehicle resources in the server resources directory within [onx_vehicles], then put ensure [onx_vehicles] in server.cfg.
Use the vehicle customisation menu for the equipment and livery configuration. To expose the custom ALPR and lightbar options, add the VMT_Lightbar category to that menu. This category arrived in Game Build 3095, which is required for those features.
The core Monarch also runs on earlier game builds. The build requirement concerns the ALPR and lightbar category, so an older build does not expose the complete attachment selection. A server using build 3095 can access that set when the category is enabled.
Package documentation and terms
Livery templates, installation guides, tutorials and setup practices are included, together with support.
The bans on reuploading, resale and rebranding exclude liveries and textures. Redistribution is prohibited. Templates provide the supplied route for preparing a department’s own visual identity.
For a Code 3 patrol setup, the same configuration controls cover the lightbar and ALPR choice, unit tags, callsign, interior equipment and rear compartment. The Monarch’s supplied city, county and state liveries can therefore sit alongside department-specific choices without changing the base vehicle resource.
K9-ready rear configurations
The split seating layout retains positions for both a dog and a suspect, while the full K9 option changes the rear compartment’s role. Window bars and dividers are selectable alongside these layouts. Primary and secondary paint settings apply to the paintable split arrangement, allowing the rear equipment to follow the chosen cabin finish.
The console selection covers the radio, siren controller and laptop arrangements used at the front of the cabin. Dash radar and the available gun-rack positions add further choices to that working area. Each is configured through the labelled extras and mod categories already used for the Monarch’s exterior equipment.
Editable callsigns provide the Monarch’s individual unit identification.
