Sandking Snow Plow Pack: Winter Road Fleet

Vapid Sandking Snow Plow Pack equips a public-works depot with standard, short-wheelbase and XL winter trucks. The lore-friendly scratch models were made by Tidemo; WiseGuy and JunkyWRX also contributed. Each truck has a controllable front plow, amber caution lights and access to a salt-spreader bed option.

The trucks share their modular system with the ONX Sandking Remaster. That means the winter fleet can use related beds, liveries and trim choices alongside civilian Sandkings already on the server. The pack is intended for road departments, county maintenance crews and city winter-service scenes in FiveM.

Winter vehicles supplied

• Vapid Sandking D155 Snow Plow — regular-body truck with plow equipment.
• Vapid Sandking D155 SWB Snow Plow — compact single cab on a short wheelbase.
• Vapid Sandking D155 XL Snow Plow — XL configuration with dual rear wheels.

The standard truck provides the regular pickup layout. The SWB serves tighter routes and narrow city spaces, while the XL supplies the larger dual-rear-wheel platform. All three have functional plow attachments and support the same optional salt-spreader arrangement.

Plow and road-treatment equipment

The heavy front blade can be raised for travel or staging and lowered for clearing work. It is a movable attachment, capable of pushing snow and stuck vehicles. The plow therefore supplies a visible working feature for a road crew rather than a fixed cosmetic blade.

A salt-spreader-style utility box is available as a bed swap. Any of the three chassis can use that option. A truck can be configured for plowing, road treatment or a combination of those roles according to the chosen bed setup. Amber lighting accompanies the utility equipment for caution displays during maintenance scenes.

Modular truck options

The inherited Sandking system covers 16 customisation categories. These body and trim options remain available on the winter vehicles, allowing a depot to distinguish its trucks through more than their wheelbase. Liveries, grills and beds can be selected alongside the plow and utility configuration.

The shared parts keep the snow trucks visually related to the main remaster range. A public-works fleet can use different artwork or trim combinations while retaining the same chassis family. The standard, single-cab and XL bodies give the depot distinct vehicle sizes before those visual selections are applied.

Road-service roles

The pack supports Public Works / Roads departments running 24/7 shifts, city seasonal services and county or highway maintenance roleplay. It can also appear alongside police, EMS and fire vehicles during joint winter operations. The lore-friendly Vapid body keeps those civic trucks within the GTA vehicle setting.

Transit and active clearing use different blade positions. Raising the plow presents the truck ready to travel between assignments; lowering it shows the clearing configuration. The salt-spreader bed adds the road-treatment presentation, while the amber lights identify the vehicle as working roadside equipment.

The dedicated identifiers let each truck be added separately to the fleet. All use the common modification package.

Deployment

The release is an add-on vehicle pack. Some plow and utility functions require Game Build 3095, so a compatible build is needed for complete operation. The ONX Development Team is credited for the package.

1. Place the ONX vehicle resources into the server resources directory under [onx_vehicles].
2. Use the server cfg entry ensure [onx_vehicles] to start the group.

Shared modification files include L0-L2 levels, while the individual bodies have full vehicle LOD progressions.

The plow equipment and optional bed provide the winter-specific functions, while the inherited body categories supply the fleet variation. A city depot can therefore use standard and short-wheelbase trucks together, with an XL assigned where the larger platform is appropriate. Each retains the ability to raise and lower its blade.

The salt-spreader choice is available across the range rather than being restricted to a single truck. That allows the selected body size and road-treatment presentation to be configured independently, with the shared amber caution lighting identifying the working vehicle during roadside scenes.

Licence

Reuploading, resale and rebranding remain prohibited for everything except liveries and textures. Assets must not be redistributed.
