Description
Vapid Yankee C105 Rollback supplies a pair of recovery trucks for mechanic jobs, impound yards and civilian roadside work. The lore-friendly vehicles have animated decks, selectable underreach equipment and amber warning systems. The pack covers a short-wheelbase truck and a crew cab for different team sizes in FiveM.
Included recovery models
- Vapid Yankee C105 SWB Rollback — short-wheelbase, 2-door truck.
- Vapid Yankee C105 Rollback — crew-cab, 4-door truck with 5 seats.
The SWB is suited to solo towing and tighter city scenes. The crew cab carries a mechanic or county recovery team together. Both are based on the same Yankee family, with shared types of recovery equipment and model-specific cosmetic choices.
Deck controls and animation
Shift and Ctrl control the rollback from the keyboard. The bed lifts and rolls rearwards into its loading position, allowing a vehicle to be driven onto the deck as part of the recovery scene. The movement belongs to the supplied truck rather than a static loading-bed appearance.
The mod index is available to scripts. Developers can connect the underreach to custom towing logic and can also script operation of the rollback while the player is on foot outside the vehicle. This extends the built-in bed controls into a server-specific recovery workflow.
- Animated loading deck with player control.
- Shift / Ctrl movement for raising and rolling the bed.
- Script-accessible modification index.
- Outside-cab deck control possible through scripting.
The native keyboard movement handles the visible deck positioning. A custom tow script can then use the exposed equipment controls for its attachment and recovery functions. This lets the truck work alongside existing mechanic or civilian job systems.
Roadside warning equipment
The warning package includes amber lights and a flip-up light with animation. Holding H raises the warning light. With lighting switched on, the signs alternate MOVE with SLOW, providing a roadside traffic display.
Those controls accompany the rollback bed rather than changing its operation. A recovery scene can show the amber warning package and active signs while the operator positions the deck. The equipment is intended for towing, roadside assistance and impound roleplay.
Underreach selection
The rear equipment has multiple configurations for different tow setups. The supplied choices are available to script integrations through the mod index, allowing a developer to connect the preferred rig presentation to the server’s towing functions.
- Wheel Grapples
- Axle Hooks
- Extended Ramps
- Extended Wheel Grapples
- Extended Axle Hooks
The extended arrangements provide alternatives to the standard grapple and hook forms. They belong to the rear equipment selection on the supplied trucks. The server’s chosen recovery script can determine how that configuration is used within a job.
Fleet customisation
Each model has cosmetic choices for its grille, bumpers, mirrors, running boards, hoods, roof and mudflaps. These allow the SWB and crew cab to take different appearances while retaining their related Yankee styling. A fleet can configure the larger cab separately from the solo-operator truck.
Every truck includes 4 livery designs. The designs give each truck a classic Los Santos tow-yard appearance.
- Not for Hire (Light)
- Not for Hire (Dark)
- Camel Towing
- Highway Clearance
The livery and cosmetic choices sit alongside the recovery equipment. They define the company or unit presentation, while the animated bed, underreach and warning system provide the functional vehicle features.
Resource setup and frameworks
The C105 pair is a standalone vehicle mod with no framework lock or IP restriction. It works with QBCore, ESX, Qbox and custom setups. Existing towing, garage and job scripts can make the trucks available, and the exposed mod index provides the integration point for deeper control.
Some features need Game Build 3095. A compatible build should be used to access the complete package. The installation is a normal resource deployment, with the ONX vehicles grouped together beneath the server resources directory.
- Create the resource group
[onx_vehicles]and place the ONX vehicle resources within it. - Start that group in
server.cfgwithensure [onx_vehicles].
Related collection
This pair also belongs to the ONX Civilian Vehicle Pack, which contains 60+ Vehicles. Vapid Yankee Rollback is the latest addition to CVP V1.1.1.
The ONX Development Team is credited for the release. Both 2000-2015 trucks include full LOD coverage and texture assets. The shorter body and crew cab have individual model files and geometry.
The practical choice between the trucks is crew capacity and wheelbase. Their recovery features remain related: moving bed, selectable underreach, amber lighting and cycling warning signs. The cosmetic selections then allow each truck to take its own fleet appearance within that shared equipment family.

The recovery pair gives a fleet separate cab capacities with related equipment. A solo operator can use the shorter truck, while a larger mechanic team can travel in the crew cab. Both retain the moving bed and warning display, so the choice of cab does not change the basic loading presentation.
Per-model trim choices can distinguish the trucks further. The business artwork establishes the fleet identity, and the underreach selection provides the rear-rig configuration to connect with the server’s chosen towing logic.
Access terms
Support is included with the rollback pair. Reuploading, resale and rebranding are not allowed for assets apart from liveries and textures. The assets must not be redistributed.
