Description

Vapid Guardian Remaster brings a full-cab pickup and a short-wheelbase single cab to FiveM civilian garages. The trucks are scratch-built on a custom Sandking chassis, with lifted proportions and lore-friendly Vapid styling. Tidemo modelled the remaster, and WiseGuy and JunkyWRX contributed to its development. Geometry and textures were created for the rebuild.

The collection suits mechanic-shop projects, civilian truck scenes and off-road-oriented roleplay. Its modular approach lets the same base vehicle take different bed, bumper and trim combinations. There are 91+ customisation parts across the shared system, with both body styles drawing from the same library. Visual variety therefore comes from configuring the supplied trucks rather than installing a separate model for every combination.

Models supplied

  • Vapid Guardian C105 — the regular pickup with a full cab.
  • Vapid Guardian C105 SWB — single-cab pickup on a shorter wheelbase.

The SWB has a shorter overall body and a more compact stance than the regular C105. Both retain the oversized lifted Guardian character and use the same modular parts. The pack therefore covers the standard pickup layout and its shorter alternative while keeping the equipment selection consistent.

Customisation inventory

  • Truck beds: 22 choices.
  • Front bumpers: 11 choices.
  • Rear bumpers: 8 choices.
  • Running boards: 4 choices.
  • Exhaust stacks: 4 choices.
  • Door handles: 5 choices.
  • Grill treatments: 4 choices.
  • Tailgates: 3 choices.
  • Mirrors: 4 choices.
  • Roof configurations: 4 choices.
  • Animated truck nuts: 2 choices.
  • Bed liners: 2 choices.
  • Mud flaps: 6 choices.
  • Liveries: 12 choices.

Bed selections range from clean cargo layouts to fitted hauler arrangements. The front bumper selection spans stock-style appearances and brush-guard builds. Running boards change the step and side profile, while exhaust stacks provide a visible alternative exhaust treatment. Smaller fittings such as handles, mirrors and the grill finish the chosen appearance.

The animated truck nuts move rather than remaining static. Alongside those accessories, the bed liners and mud flaps add further ways to distinguish a build. The livery selection supplies crew or workshop identity on top of the physical parts. All of these categories participate in the shared library across the standard and SWB variants.

Related fleet styling

The civilian remaster is visually related to the Unmarked Police Guardian C105. It also relates to the Unmarked Police Guardian C105 SWB. That relationship lets civilian pickups and unmarked units share the same Guardian design language on a server. The police vehicles are related models; this pack contains the civilian C105 and C105 SWB.

The custom Sandking platform supports the oversized pickup form. The lifted stance is part of the scratch-built remaster, while the modular body parts provide the individual build choices. This keeps the vehicle within GTA lore while supplying the Guardian’s larger pickup proportions.

Geometry and texture structure

Both trucks include five LOD steps. The YTD atlases have a maximum resolution of 1024×1024, and embedded liveries can reach 2048×2048.

Both trucks are 2000-2015 C105 models. Each has its own L0 through L4 geometry and its own modification-file count. The regular truck and SWB therefore have separate model geometry even though they use the same customisation library.

Adding the resources

  1. Put the ONX vehicle resources into a directory called [onx_vehicles] under the server’s resources folder.
  2. Add the group-start entry ensure [onx_vehicles] to the server cfg.

This collection is a vehicle pack rather than a framework script. It is compatible with ESX, Qbox and QBCore, and also works with custom frameworks. The resource is framework-independent; the choice of roleplay framework does not change the included vehicle models or their shared parts.

Game Build 3095 is needed by some Guardian features. A server using that build or a newer one can access the complete remaster feature set. The installation remains the standard resource process, with the build requirement applying to the affected vehicle features.

Server-specific texture and livery work is possible on the supplied trucks. The original livery choices and modular equipment remain the starting point for those designs, while the shared parts keep both body styles in the same visual family.
