Description

The Sandking remaster is a lore-friendly pickup for civilian fleets, rural roleplay and off-road events in FiveM. Tidemo created the scratch-made vehicle, with development contributions from WiseGuy and JunkyWRX. The ONX Development Team built it for roleplay communities.

Only 1 vehicle model is included: Vapid Sandking D155 (2011-2016). All 6 variants are available in the separate full Sandking Pack; the other five models are outside this individual package.

Truck configuration

The modular setup allows a civilian work-truck appearance or a lifted Compensator build with dual rear wheels. Extra lift and animated, swinging truck nuts are among its visual options. These choices suit ranch fleets, rural mechanics, truck meets, holiday convoys and civilian off-road scenes in Los Santos. The same modular chassis accommodates a clean work-truck configuration and a lifted appearance with dual rear wheels. Its customisation centres on visual variety for those civilian settings, from rural fleet vehicles to trucks used for holiday hauls. Animated truck nuts swing as part of that visual configuration.

The remaster uses scratch-made geometry rather than a reskin of the vanilla Sandking mesh. Its silhouette follows GTA V’s vehicle lore and fits alongside civilian traffic. Customisation choices appear through the tuning menu, allowing players to mix the available body, trim and livery variants.

Available categories

The system covers 16 customisation categories and 115 visual variants, backed by 110 individual yft mod parts. Each of the category variants is included for selection through the tuning menu. The 115 visual variants describe the available tuning choices across categories. They are supported by the 110 yft modification files, alongside the vehicle geometry and texture files. Body components, exterior trim and liveries can be mixed on the truck through this modular setup.

Bed and tailgate selections cover the rear body, with a separate category for the bed liner. Front and rear bumper choices sit alongside side steps, exhausts and fender flares. The grille, bonnet and headlight housings provide further changes around the front of the pickup. Handles, mirrors and roof configurations extend the exterior customisation, while the animated truck nuts and livery selections are additional visual options. The choices break down as follows:

  • Bed configurations: 22 variants.
  • Front bumper designs: 13 variants.
  • Rear bumper designs: 4 variants.

Server setup

The spawn code is onx_sandking. This add-on is a vehicle model, compatible with QBCore, ESX, Qbox and standalone servers. It requires no framework-specific code integration.

  1. Place the ONX vehicle resources inside [onx_vehicles], under the server’s resources directory.
  2. In the server configuration, add ensure [onx_vehicles].

Game Build 3095 is required for some features and for access to the full feature set. Framework compatibility and the game build requirement apply separately: the model works with QBCore, ESX, Qbox or a standalone setup, while the server build governs access to those features. Support is included.

Permitted use

  • Reuploading assets, resale and asset rebranding are prohibited, with an exception for liveries and textures. The exception is confined to those texture and livery assets; it does not give permission to reupload, resell or rebrand the vehicle model.
  • Redistribution is prohibited.
