Description
The ONX Bravado Dorado is a 2003 police interceptor for a department that needs several assignments from the same vehicle. This lore-friendly vanilla edit covers marked patrol and specialist duties, with non-ELS lighting and in-game equipment choices. Dayashii created the Dorado, with contributions from JunkyWRX, Tidemo and WiseGuy.
Its equipment fits the wider ONX EVP fleet. City LSPD cars, county LSSD units and state SAHP vehicles can use coordinated lighting, consoles, cages, antennas and trunk arrangements. The common visual style also matches the Gabz fleet, allowing the Dorado to serve within a mixed motor pool.
Assignments and identification
A single model can be configured for LEO, EMS, DOC and Federal service, or used as an Unmarked or Decommissioned unit. The options also cover slicktop and undercover work, supervisor duties, command and warden roles, gang units, SWAT, K9 and paramedic configurations. These assignments are selected through native extras and mod categories.
The callsign system uses 5-digit identification. Each unit’s callsign can be edited and recoloured. Single-colour and two-tone paint choices operate independently of the livery, giving departments control over the vehicle finish alongside its unit identity. City, county and state liveries are included.
Tags and exterior equipment
- 16 unit tags offer colourable and red reflective versions.
- Tag choices include Command, Supervisor, Warden and Paramedic.
- Specialist tags include SWAT, Gang Unit, K9 and Caution K9.
- Ram bars suit the vehicle’s jurisdiction.
- Spotlights are controlled by the player.
- Lightbars accept ALPR attachments.
- Slicktop and undercover lighting arrangements are available.
- Custom Bravado wheels use the AWD design.
Cabin loadouts and trunk equipment
There are 50+ interior loadouts. They combine console, radio, siren-controller and laptop equipment, with dash radar among the cabin choices. Gun racks can be placed at the divider, roof and trunk. A department can use these arrangements when preparing cars for different assignments while keeping the Dorado’s equipment consistent with the rest of its ONX fleet.
Trunk options include lockboxes that animate and storage drawers. An organised layout offers a tidy arrangement, while messy layouts and loose clutter provide other appearances. Raised boxes are also available. These choices accompany the interior loadouts, giving officers control over both cabin equipment and rear storage.
The antenna selection covers regular, specialist and tactical arrays. Wobble variants are included for city, county and state units. The livery families, antenna choices, ram bars and unit tags can be combined in game, using the same base Dorado for the department’s different vehicle configurations.
Lighting, finish and driving setup
- Non-ELS patterns remain synchronised for players, with no ELS resource required on the client.
- 200+ customisation choices are accessed through modkit and extras.
- Labelled native extras and mod categories work through standard customisation menus.
- 2K liveries accompany the lore-friendly vanilla model.
- Livery styling coordinates with the ONX EUP Clothing Pack.
- Lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and tags use the universal parts approach of ONX EVP and the Gabz fleet.
- Full LODs, tuned geometry counts and compressed textures form the asset construction.
- Rockstar-style dirt and crash mapping is included.
- Custom handling balances arcade behaviour with roleplay realism.
The non-ELS patterns are built into the model, so the same lighting state is visible across the server. Different department setups do not need duplicate vehicles just to change lighting. Standard menus expose the choices directly, including the lightbar and ALPR features accessed through the relevant native category.

Preparing the interceptor
This FiveM add-on uses a drag-and-drop structure and standard start order. It works with Qbox, QBCore, ESX and standalone setups. Other ONX standalone models also use the included universal parts library. Livery templates and installation guides are also included for department branding.
- Place ONX vehicle resources under [onx_vehicles] in the server’s resources directory.
- Add
ensure [onx_vehicles]to server.cfg. - Open a customisation menu to select liveries and lightbars, ALPR and cages; choose consoles and antennas, then trunks and unit tags.
- Add
VMT_LIGHTBARto that menu for the ALPR and custom lightbar options. The category was introduced in build 3095.
Some features require Game Build 3095. Livery templates, installation tutorials and documentation on best practices are included. The ONX Development Team built the interceptor for roleplay use.

Use permissions
Reuploading, resale or rebranding of the assets is forbidden, with an exception for liveries and textures. Do not redistribute the assets.
Included livery templates allow custom city, county and state branding. Livery and texture edits are permitted. Those permissions accompany the same interceptor, whose native equipment options can be configured for the different patrol and specialist duties.
Setting up a department Dorado
A marked patrol configuration can use the city, county or state livery with a jurisdiction-specific ram bar. Callsign editing identifies the particular unit, while a chosen tag gives its assignment. Supervisor and command duties can use their corresponding tags; paramedic and warden tags provide further roles. The single-model configuration also supports Federal, DOC and Decommissioned service through the native options.
For a different equipment arrangement, the antenna choices and interior loadouts remain selectable alongside the livery. Radios, siren controllers and laptops can be combined through the cabin setups. The trunk can then use a drawer or lockbox arrangement, an organised layout or a messier finish with clutter. Slicktop and undercover options give departments other lighting arrangements within the same Dorado, and the independent paint choices allow a single-colour or two-tone body without changing the livery artwork.
