Description

ONX Bravado Dorado A/C is a scratch-built police utility SUV for a configurable FiveM department roster. Dayashii created the lore-friendly 2023 model, with WiseGuy, Tidemo and JunkyWRX contributing. Its universal parts library relates the vehicle to the wider ONX EVP/Gabz fleet.

The resource covers routine patrol, undercover assignments and K9 work through equipment choices. A full lightbar and ALPR configuration can be used for traffic enforcement, while slicktop equipment serves the undercover role.

Model roles and markings

There is 1 vehicle model for LEO, EMS and DOC use, Federal assignments, and Unmarked or Decommissioned configurations. Six role identities share the same resource, selected through the vehicle’s native equipment categories.

LSPD, LSSD and SAHP graphics are included for city, county and state work. Paint can be single-colour or two-tone without depending on the selected livery. The graphics match the ONX EUP Clothing Pack’s visual treatment.

Editable callsigns use a colourable 5-digit system. The 16 unit tags include Supervisor, Warden and Command; Paramedic, Gang Unit and SWAT; K9 and Caution K9. Their finishes include colourable and red-reflective variants.

Lighting and external equipment

The emergency lights are non-ELS, with patterns synchronised for players viewing the SUV. A client ELS dependency is not required. The same model holds the lighting configurations rather than using duplicate vehicle entries for those choices.

Lightbar variants accept ALPR attachments. Slicktop and undercover alternatives are also included. Jurisdiction-specific ram bars and spotlights operated by the player complete the exterior patrol equipment.

The wheels are custom and matched to the AWD Bravado platform. Rockstar-style dirt and crash mapping provide wear and damage treatment. Handling blends roleplay realism with arcade balance.

K9 and passenger-area choices

The rear cabin supports split K9/suspect seating with primary and secondary paint controls. A full K9 arrangement is also provided, along with window bars and dividers. Those parts give the canine role its specific interior configuration.

The officer-equipment selection contains 50+ console, radio, siren-controller and laptop setups. Dash radar is supplied. Gun racks have divider, roof and boot positions, allowing the storage arrangement to follow the selected assignment.

  • Split canine/suspect seating with paint controls.
  • Full K9 cabin arrangement.
  • Window bars and divider choices.
  • Configurable consoles, radios and siren controls.
  • Laptop setups and dash radar.
  • Divider, roof and boot gun racks.

Antenna and boot loadouts

Regular, specialist and tactical wobble antennas are supplied for city, county and state configurations. Rear loadouts include animated lockboxes and drawers, raised boxes and loose clutter.

The storage area can be configured with organised or messy layouts. These selections accompany the cabin equipment and external antennas, giving the same base SUV different unit appearances.

Menu and parts library

The 200+ options use modkit and extras, with labels on the categories and toggles. A standard customisation menu accesses those choices. The vehicle does not require a bespoke interface to configure its equipment.

The universal parts library shares lightbar, antenna, console, cage and tag designs with other standalone ONX vehicles. That provision is supplied with the Dorado, alongside the city/county/state liveries and the scratch-built base model.

Templates and installation guides accompany the package. Documentation includes tutorials and configuration guidance, and support is included. The templates provide the starting point for departments producing their own graphics.

Model treatment and limits

The SUV has 2K liveries, complete LOD coverage and compressed textures, with managed polygon counts. For textures, the dictionary ceiling is YTD ≤ 1024; liveries embedded in the model have a separate ≤ 2048 ceiling.

Its custom realism/arcade handling blend accompanies the non-ELS lighting and configurable patrol equipment.

Installation requirements

The Dorado uses a drag-and-drop add-on structure with normal resource start order and common-framework compatibility. Place the ONX vehicle resources within [onx_vehicles] under the server resources directory, then add ensure [onx_vehicles] to the server cfg.

Configure the vehicle through the existing menu’s extras and mod categories. Lightbars, graphics, ALPR, cages, consoles, antennas, boot layouts and unit tags use those controls.

For custom ALPR and lightbar selections, include VMT_Lightbar in the menu. This category was introduced with Game Build 3095. The base vehicle and most configuration choices operate outside that build, but the full lighting-category feature range requires 3095 or later.

Use conditions

The standalone resource operates on its own. Redistribution is prohibited.

Reuploading, resale and rebranding are not permitted except for liveries and textures. The included templates support department graphics within that scope.

The vehicle’s patrol flexibility comes from the same SUV carrying different markings, lighting and interior equipment. Its specific K9 arrangements distinguish those configurations from the general cabin loadouts, while the shared library keeps the parts related to the larger ONX fleet.

The canine equipment is K9-ready, and the advanced menu category is VMT_Lightbar. The split rear seating gives suspect and canine positions separate paint treatment through primary and secondary colours. The full K9 arrangement and the window bars provide the other choices for that role.

The included department graphics can be used as supplied or adapted from the templates. Selecting a livery identifies the jurisdiction, while callsigns and tags identify the unit. The radio, laptop and siren-controller combinations then set the cabin equipment associated with that assignment.

Game Build 3095 is needed for all features. That requirement concerns the custom lightbar and ALPR access, while core operation and most customisation remain available outside that build.

The independent paint system supports either one body colour or a two-tone scheme without changing the department livery. Editable callsigns and colourable tags identify the individual unit, while LSPD, LSSD and SAHP graphics establish its jurisdiction. The same Dorado can then carry marked, slicktop or undercover equipment.
