Description

Bravado Buffalo Police Interceptor presents a 2023 Buffalo A/C interpretation for a multi-department roster. GTAWiseGuy built it from scratch, with contributions by JunkyWRX, Dayashii and Tidemo. The lore-friendly car has non-ELS lighting, custom RWD Bravado wheels and a native equipment system.

Choosing the assignment

The chassis supports LEO, EMS, DOC, Federal, Unmarked and Decommissioned configurations. These assignments are selected on the same vehicle rather than through different models. The supplied extras and mod categories expose the equipment needed for each appearance.

There are 200+ customisation options. They cover lightbars, cages, consoles, antenna equipment, unit tags and other fittings. A standard vehicle menu can access them directly, with no custom interface or additional script required for the native choices.

Callsigns and departmental graphics

The callsign display is 5-digit, editable and colourable. It identifies an individual unit within the selected department appearance. LSPD, LSSD and SAHP liveries provide the city, county and state designs.

The supplied liveries use 2K resolution. Paint can be single-colour or two-tone, and the two-tone controls work independently from the chosen livery. This separates the paint arrangement from the department graphic.

  • Editable callsign values with 5-digit capacity.
  • Callsign colour controls.
  • LSPD, LSSD and SAHP markings.
  • Single or two-tone finishes.
  • Livery-independent two-tone painting.

Unit identification tags

The tag range contains 16 choices. It includes Warden, Paramedic, Command, Supervisor, SWAT, Gang Unit, K9 and Caution K9. Versions are supplied with selectable colours and with red reflective treatment.

The tag is another part of the unit setup, separate from the callsign and department livery. A supervisor or canine configuration can use the relevant label alongside its selected cabin and body equipment. The model identifier does not change with those selections.

Lighting and external equipment

Non-ELS patterns are synchronised. Players do not need a client ELS dependency to see the lights, and the setup avoids duplicate lighting models. The emergency configuration is supplied within the add-on vehicle.

Lightbars have ALPR attachment choices. Slicktop and undercover configurations are included. Ram bars are available by jurisdiction, while spotlights can be controlled by the player.

Regular, specialist and tactical wobble antennas provide equipment choices for city, county and state units. The custom wheels suit the RWD Bravado chassis. These fittings accompany the lightbar and body options on the same car.

Cabin equipment and K9 seating

The car provides 50+ interior loadouts, including consoles, radios, siren controllers and laptops. Dash radar is another equipment choice. Divider options and gun racks at the roof and trunk extend the equipment range.

The K9-ready interior has split canine/suspect seating. Primary and secondary paint colours can be applied to that setup. A complete K9 layout is available with window bars and dividers.

  • 50+ cabin loadout choices.
  • Console and radio installations.
  • Laptops and siren controllers.
  • Dash radar equipment.
  • Divider and gun-rack options.
  • Primary/secondary paint for split K9 seating.
  • Window bars and full K9 layouts.

The canine arrangement remains part of the wider cabin selection. It can be used with the relevant tag and department appearance while retaining the same vehicle model. The native menu controls the interior parts alongside the external equipment.

Storage choices

Animated lockboxes and drawers are supplied for the trunk. The equipment can use organised or messy presentations. These layouts add storage variation within the vehicle configuration.

All extras and modification categories are labelled. The labels identify the available parts during selection, allowing officers to change the setup through the standard customisation menu. That includes trunk choices as well as lighting, tags and cabin fittings.

ONX fleet connection

Lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and tags come from a universal library used by ONX EVP and Gabz-compatible vehicles. The common components keep the equipment appearance consistent across the other standalone models.

The vehicle liveries correspond with the ONX EUP Clothing Pack. Department templates and install guides are included. They provide the material for preparing a custom department design around the same model.

Construction and model figures

The build includes full LODs, adjusted polycounts and compressed textures. Rockstar-style mapping covers the dirt and collision appearance. The vehicle handling is customised to combine arcade balance with the realistic roleplay feel.

The car is a vanilla-modified add-on. The Buffalo A/C is the body used for this patrol car, covering the 2015-2023 range through the same vehicle spawn entry. The data below belongs to that model.

Shared equipment measurements

  • 227 yft components.

Dedicated identifier

  • Bravado Buffalo A/C (2015-2023): onx_polbuff.

The spawn entry creates the base car. Extras and modkit categories then select its role, equipment and markings. The configurations do not require another spawn name.

Installation and compatibility

The add-on uses a standard start order with drag-and-drop resource installation. QBCore, ESX, Qbox and other frameworks supporting add-on vehicles can use it. The files have neither encryption nor an IP lock.

  1. Create a parent folder named [onx_vehicles] under server resources, then add the ONX vehicle resources.
  2. Set ensure [onx_vehicles] in server.cfg.
  3. Configure the car’s equipment in the vehicle menu.
  4. Include VMT_Lightbar for the custom ALPR and lightbar selections.

Game Build 3095 is required for those VMT_Lightbar features. The car itself operates on standard builds. The standalone is functional without companion content, although optional additions supply more liveries and lightbars.

Package notes and terms

The download includes the vanilla-modified Buffalo A/C with jurisdiction liveries, shared components and documentation. Support, templates, tutorials and usage guidance are included.

The licence forbids reuploading, resale and rebranding of original assets, with custom liveries and textures excepted. Department graphics can be prepared with the supplied templates.

The native options connect the car’s role tags, lighting, cabin and K9 arrangement. They provide the range of unit configurations within the same Buffalo A/C model.

The resource supplies the car and shared parts, while the existing vehicle menu handles their selection. That distinction lets the same model use the department appearance, cabin arrangement and exterior equipment chosen for a particular unit. The file figures describe the A/C version beneath those native configuration choices.
