Description
Vapid Guardian C105 equips a FiveM emergency fleet with scratch-built standard and short-wheelbase trucks. Tidemo led the remaster, with contributions from WiseGuy and JunkyWRX. The body and cabin were made from scratch, retaining a lore-friendly Vapid identity. This is a departmental truck package for patrol, supervision and K9 work, with service roles selected through equipment rather than separate copies of every configuration.
Models and assignments
- Vapid Guardian C105 — standard wheelbase:
onx_polguard. - Vapid Guardian C105 SWB — short wheelbase:
onx_polguard2.
Each of the included body styles can serve in EMS or LEO service, DOC and Federal assignments, or Unmarked and Decommissioned roles. The extras let 1 vehicle model cover those different uses. Standard and SWB versions share the departmental equipment approach, so a fleet can retain a consistent appearance across both wheelbases. Slicktop and K9 configurations are among the available applications of the same model.
Native equipment controls
More than 200+ customisation options are provided through the modkit and extras. The categories are labelled and accessible in a normal vehicle menu, without a dedicated custom interface. Officers or fleet managers can select lightbars, ALPR attachments, cabin equipment and exterior fittings directly in game. The native menu structure also exposes the cages, antennas, unit tags and trunk arrangements.
Lighting uses synchronised non-ELS patterns. Players do not need a client ELS dependency, and the service roles do not require duplicate vehicle models. The shared parts library follows the ONX EVP/Gabz fleet, including matching lightbars, consoles, cages, antennas and tags. Other ONX standalone models use that library too.
Liveries and unit identification
City, county and state artwork is included through the LSPD, LSSD and SAHP liveries. These use 2K artwork and align visually with the ONX EUP Clothing Pack. The paint configuration supports a single colour or a two-tone scheme, with two-tone selection kept separate from the livery. Department artwork can therefore remain in place while the paint setup changes.
The editable callsign system supports 5-digit identification and selectable colours. A further 16 unit tags cover different assignments. Tag choices include Warden, Paramedic, Supervisor and Command, with SWAT or Gang Unit designs and K9 or Caution K9 markings. Colour-adjustable and red reflective versions are available, allowing identification to be configured alongside the callsign.
- Custom wheels for the AWD Vapid platform.
- Lightbars with ALPR fittings.
- Undercover and slicktop lighting arrangements.
- Ram bars matched to jurisdiction.
- Player-operated spotlights.
- City, county and state antenna styles.
- Regular, specialist and tactical wobble antenna choices.
Cabin, K9 and trunk layouts
The interior selection includes 50+ combinations of consoles, radios, siren controllers and laptops. Dash radar is part of the equipment, with gun-rack positions at the divider, roof and trunk. These layouts are selected through the same native categories as the exterior fittings, keeping cabin configuration within the vehicle menu.
K9-ready configurations include a split arrangement for a dog and suspect, as well as a full K9 interior. Primary and secondary paint channels can colour the split seating arrangement. Window bars and dividers complete the available K9 fittings. This lets a department choose the relevant compartment layout alongside its other patrol equipment.
Trunk options include lockboxes and drawers with animation. Organised layouts and messy layouts are both supplied, giving the cargo area different presentations. The trunk is therefore part of the equipment selection rather than a fixed decoration shared by every configuration.
Surface detail and driving
Rockstar-style dirt mapping and crash mapping cover the remastered model. The handling has custom settings that combine a realistic roleplay feel with arcade balance. Full LODs, adjusted mesh counts and compressed texture assets are included. These are the model’s construction features; the file and polygon data below separates the vehicles from the common modification library.
- YTD texture limit: 1024
- Embedded livery texture limit: 2048
- Shared parts use L0-L2 detail levels.
Resource setup
The pack arrives in an add-on resource structure arranged for drag-and-drop installation. It uses the normal start order and works with common frameworks. The vehicle menu provides the tuning choices through native extras and modkit categories, so a framework-specific equipment interface is unnecessary. The non-ELS lighting works within that resource setup.
- Put the ONX vehicle resources into a group called
[onx_vehicles], located beneath the server resources directory. - Ensure that group from the server cfg with
ensure [onx_vehicles]. - Use the in-game customisation menu to select vehicle equipment, markings and interior layouts.
- Include
VMT_LIGHTBARamong the menu categories to expose custom ALPR and lightbar options.
Some equipment features require Game Build 3095. That build introduced the VMT_LIGHTBAR category used by the custom ALPR and lightbar selection. A server on 3095 or later can expose those choices in its customisation menu. This requirement concerns access to that feature set in addition to the normal resource installation.
Artwork and documentation
The package contains livery templates and installation guides. The templates provide the vehicle layout for departmental artwork, while the tutorials address installation. Both Guardian wheelbases include the city, county and state liveries, and both participate in the universal parts system. A fleet can therefore select different body styles without changing the underlying equipment family.
For a supervisor vehicle, the unit tag and callsign identify the assignment. For a K9 vehicle, the seating conversion and window fittings supply the relevant cabin. For an unmarked configuration, the undercover or slicktop arrangements change the external presentation. Those choices all draw on the supplied vehicle configuration system.

The shorter Guardian retains the department artwork and equipment options of the standard-wheelbase vehicle. This lets a fleet use either body style for its selected service role. The choice of wheelbase remains separate from the callsign, tag and equipment choices, which are configured through the shared native modkit and extras system.
Use conditions
Support is included alongside best-practice documentation. Reuploading, resale and rebranding are prohibited for assets except liveries and textures. The assets cannot be redistributed.
