Description
FiveM Non-ELS Police Pack supplies the Vapid Sandstorm in four scratch-built utility forms. Tidemo created the models with contributions from WiseGuy and JunkyWRX. Department liveries cover LSPD, LSSD and SAHP, while a shared parts library connects the bundle to the wider ONX EVP fleet.
The selection includes D205, XL, Hellenbach and SWB body variants. Each supports in-game equipment configuration rather than separate duplicated models for every department role. Custom AWD Vapid wheels, synchronised lighting and configurable interiors accompany the vehicles.
Included Sandstorm models
- Vapid Sandstorm D205
- Vapid Sandstorm D205 XL
- Vapid Sandstorm D205 Hellenbach
- Vapid Sandstorm D205 SWB
Department identity
The supplied city, county and state liveries align with ONX EUP Clothing Pack uniforms. Templates and installation guides support custom department artwork. Body paint can be single-colour or two-tone, independently of the selected livery.
Callsigns use 5-digit identifiers that can be edited and coloured. The bundle also provides 16 unit tags in colourable and reflective-red versions. The labels cover Command, Warden, Supervisor, SWAT, Paramedic, Gang Unit, Caution K9 and K9.
Each chassis can be used for LEO, EMS or DOC assignments, as well as Federal, Unmarked and Decommissioned configurations. The principle is 1 vehicle model with its role selected through the modkit, livery and equipment.
Lights and exterior patrol fittings
The non-ELS system displays synchronised patterns without requiring a client ELS installation. Lightbar choices include ALPR attachments and slicktop or undercover arrangements. These selections belong to the model’s native configuration.
Exterior equipment includes ram bars appropriate to the jurisdiction and spotlights operated by the player. City, county and state agencies have antenna choices in regular, specialist and tactical wobble forms.
The models carry custom AWD Vapid wheels. Rockstar-style dirt and crash mapping supplies the visible wear and damage treatment, paired with handling that blends realistic roleplay response and arcade balance.
Interior and rear equipment
There are 50+ console, radio, siren-controller and laptop setups. Dash radar is included, with gun racks available at the divider, roof and trunk. These working layouts are chosen through the vehicle’s mod categories.
The rear compartment offers K9-ready configurations. Options include split K9/suspect seating with primary and secondary paint colours, a full K9 conversion, window bars and dividers. A department can select its rear seating arrangement alongside the cabin equipment.
Trunk options provide animated drawers and lockboxes. Both organised and messy layouts are supplied. Those storage presentations are configurable parts of the vehicle, rather than different Sandstorm spawn files.
Shared library and native controls
More than 200 customisation choices are exposed through modkit and extras. The categories and extras are labelled, allowing a normal customisation menu to reach the supported options without proprietary menu software.
The universal ONX EVP/Gabz library supplies matching lightbars, cages, consoles, tags and antennas. Other standalone ONX models use that library too, keeping corresponding equipment related across the fleet.
Full LOD stages, tuned polygon counts and compressed textures are included. Liveries use 2K artwork, with YTD ≤ 1024 and embedded liveries ≤ 2048 as the texture limits.

Resource setup
The pack uses the add-on resource format and a conventional start order. Common roleplay frameworks are supported. Place the ONX vehicle resources under the server resources directory in a group named [onx_vehicles].
Add ensure [onx_vehicles] to server.cfg so the group starts. Vehicle customisation then takes place through the existing in-game menu, including the livery, lighting, ALPR, cage, console, antenna, trunk and tag selections.
Game build and attachment access
Game Build 3095 is required for some options. In particular, the custom lightbar and ALPR selection uses VMT_LIGHTBAR. Add that mod category to the customisation menu to expose those choices.
The core models and most equipment run on standard builds. The requirement concerns the custom ALPR and lightbar category, so those attachments should be configured on build 3095 or above. The other modkit and extras choices use the ordinary menu interface.
Templates and permitted use
The package includes support, templates, installation tutorials and setup documentation. Livery templates allow departments to prepare their own graphics within the 2K embedded-livery resolution.
With the exception of liveries and textures, reuploading, resale and rebranding of assets are prohibited. Redistribution is prohibited.
Choosing the patrol specification
Start with the appropriate Sandstorm body variant, then select the department finish and working equipment. The model’s livery identifies LSPD, LSSD or SAHP, while its editable callsign and chosen tag provide the individual unit identification.
The lighting configuration can use the supplied ALPR attachment, slicktop or undercover choices. Console equipment, rear K9 layout and storage presentation are selected on the same vehicle. The antenna arrays and jurisdictional ram bars complete the visible exterior loadout.
The shared library means those components follow the same design family as the wider ONX fleet. Its lightbars, consoles, cages, antennas and tags connect the Sandstorm’s equipment to the ONX EVP and Gabz fleet. The body variants remain distinct Sandstorms, but their equipment can stay consistent across marked patrol, command and specialist assignments.
For rear-compartment planning, split dog-and-suspect seating and a full dog-unit conversion are separate available arrangements. Window bars and dividers accompany them, while the paintable split layout accepts primary and secondary colours. Trunk drawers and lockboxes provide the animated storage details behind that seating area.
