Description
Benefactor Jogger Type 2 4×4 Ambulance gives an EMS department a six-seat response vehicle with a walkable rear compartment. This lore-friendly, 2026-era model is built from scratch. Tidemo is the model creator; contributions are credited to WiseGuy, Momo, Dayashii, JunkyWRX and CanisterDog.
Type 2 4×4 identity
This ambulance is the 4×4 version, identified by onx_ambjog3. The related standard Type 2 ambulance, onx_ambjog2, is available separately. The vehicle supplied here is the 4×4 configuration.
The custom model retains a Benefactor identity within the GTA vehicle world. Its body and interior are scratch-made rather than a retextured vanilla ambulance. Custom wheels are selected for the brand and vehicle type, and the modular equipment can be configured for different department appearances.
Medical cabin
Players can walk around inside the back of the ambulance. That rear space allows treatment scenes to take place within the vehicle, alongside its medical equipment. The cabin is part of the six-seat Type 2 4×4 arrangement.
Selectable interior loadouts include consoles, radio equipment, siren controllers and laptops. A heart monitor and gurney options provide the medical fittings. These are configured in game through the native vehicle categories rather than a separately written menu.
- Walkable rear treatment compartment.
- Six-seat response layout.
- Console and radio setups.
- Laptop and siren-controller arrangements.
- Heart-monitor equipment.
- Gurney options.
The loadout choices determine the visible equipment in the rear and cab. The walkable compartment provides the space for medics to move during a scene. Both features belong to the ambulance model and remain part of the same vehicle configuration.
Department markings and callsigns
The callsign system displays 3-digit identifiers at multiple locations on the body. The values can be edited, and the colour can be changed. It gives units a configurable identifier without requiring another visual-display script.
The ambulance has the following department liveries. The supplied designs use 2K resolution. Department and hospital markings are included in the package.
- SA First Responders (SAFR).
- LS Fire Department (LSFD).
- Mission Row SA (MRSA).
- Colourable, editable 3-digit callsigns.
- Callsign display in several body positions.
Livery templates and install guides are included for department branding. The liveries correspond to the ONX EUP Clothing Pack, linking the vehicle appearance to matching uniforms. These graphic choices can be configured alongside the equipment loadouts.
Exterior and antenna choices
The front-end options include bumpers and brushguards. They provide different exterior arrangements for the department or terrain-oriented build. Antenna arrays supply another selection of equipment layouts.
Lightbars and other shared fittings connect the vehicle to the wider ONX emergency roster. The same model can use the chosen antenna arrangement, bumper and cabin loadout, while the livery and callsign establish its department and unit identity.
Native controls
Extras and mod categories are labelled. These labels identify the available parts in a standard vehicle menu, allowing changes to the liveries, consoles, antennas, gurneys and callsigns. No custom menu is required for the ambulance’s configuration.
The native modkit and extras also expose the exterior choices. Bumpers, brushguards and lightbar equipment can be selected within that system. The same approach is used for the heart monitor, laptop and other cabin options.
Non-ELS emergency lighting
Emergency patterns are synchronised and operate without client ELS dependencies. The non-ELS setup is built into the vehicle resource. It provides emergency lighting across players without requiring them to install a separate ELS client.
The lighting setup also avoids duplicated models for different light configurations. That is distinct from the ambulance’s selectable equipment: the native parts provide the configuration choices while the supplied lighting system handles the patterns.
Shared fleet construction
The ONX EVP library supplies consistent lightbars, antenna equipment, consoles, gurneys and interior components. These are shared with other standalone vehicles in the fleet. Using the same fittings gives the equipment a common appearance across those models.
Full LODs accompany the assets, with adjusted polygon counts and compressed textures. The body has dirt and crash mapping in Rockstar’s style. Custom handling combines roleplay realism with an arcade balance for the ambulance setup.
Common component figures
- Shared mod files: 227 yft parts.
- Combined shared size: 35.21MB
- Maximum L0 count: 9,451 polygons.
- L0-L2 supplied for every mod part.
- YTD limit: ≤ 1024.
- Embedded livery limit: ≤ 2048.
2018-2026 Benefactor Jogger Ambulance Type 2
- onx_ambjog3_hi.yft: 4.0MB
- onx_ambjog3.yft: 3.7MB
- onx_ambjog3.ytd: 2.1MB
- vehicles_onx_ambjog3_interior.ytd: 1.3MB
- 3 yft mod parts: < 0.5MB
Ambulance geometry
- L0 — 158,405 polygons.
- L1 — 81,793 polygons.
- L2 — 30,983 polygons.
- L3 — 11,861 polygons.
- L4 — 1,254 polygons.
Texture measurements
- Maximum YTD resolution: 1024×1024
- YTD texture count: 59.
- Maximum embedded YFT livery: 2048×2048
The ambulance uses L0 through L4 geometry, with L0-L2 levels on the common equipment parts. The body, walkable rear compartment and shared ONX fittings form the Type 2 4×4 resource.
Resource installation
- Create a resources-directory folder named [onx_vehicles] and put the ONX vehicle resources inside it.
- Write ensure [onx_vehicles] into server.cfg.
- Open a standard vehicle customisation menu to select the labelled parts, interior loadouts, markings and callsigns.
The ambulance has a drag-and-drop add-on structure and follows the standard resource start order. QBCore, ESX and Qbox are supported, together with standalone setups. It is not locked to a particular framework.
Game Build 3095 is required by some advanced features. A compatible build is needed to access the full ambulance configuration. The model’s native controls avoid the need to add custom menu code for the supplied options.
Package and use notes
The package contains the scratch-built 4×4 ambulance, department and hospital liveries, the common parts library and documentation. Templates, installation tutorials and usage guidance are included.
Original assets cannot be reuploaded, offered for resale or rebranded, with liveries and textures as the exception. Redistribution is prohibited.
Department livery work can use the included templates, while the core model remains subject to the asset terms.
The 4×4 variant combines the walkable rear space, configurable medical equipment and native identification system. Those elements, together with its shared ONX fittings, define the EMS configuration offered by this Jogger.
The native part selection covers both medical equipment and the external fittings. This means the gurney, heart monitor and console choices can be configured alongside the antennas and front-end options. The supplied markings then establish the department appearance, with callsigns identifying the individual vehicle.
The standard Type 2, onx_ambjog2, is available separately. Its shared ONX components match the equipment styling of this Type 2 4×4.
Full support comes with the Type 2 4×4 package. Its documentation covers livery templates, installation steps and guidance on use.
