Description
Vapid Yankee C130 Ambulance is a Type 1 rescue vehicle with an 8-seat layout and an accessible rear treatment area. The lore-friendly model is built from scratch for FiveM EMS departments. Non-ELS lighting, medical equipment choices and editable callsigns provide the unit configuration without a dedicated customisation interface.
Tidemo created the Yankee with contributions by WiseGuy, Dayashii, Momo, CanisterDog and JunkyWRX. The model and its fittings use the ONX EVP universal-parts approach, including lightbars, antennas, consoles, gurneys and interior components. This keeps the C130 visually related to other responders in the ONX fleet.
Medical space and seating
The ambulance has 8 seats for multi-medic responses. Its rear cabin is walkable, allowing players to move around during treatment and patient-handling scenes. Seating capacity and interior access are separate features: the former carries the crew, while the latter supports movement in the treatment space.
Heart-monitor and gurney options are included in the medical loadout. The cab can be configured with console, radio, laptop and siren-controller arrangements. These choices use the native modkit and extras, alongside the exterior equipment and unit markings.
- Walkable rear compartment for medical roleplay.
- Heart-monitor equipment choices.
- Configurable gurneys.
- Console and radio arrangements.
- Laptop and siren-control loadouts.
- Clearly labelled extras and modification categories.
Unit identification and liveries
A 3-digit callsign appears at multiple positions on the ambulance. Its digits are editable and its colour can be changed through the vehicle menu. This gives each unit an identifier without adding a separate callsign resource or script.
The included department artwork covers Mission Row SA (MRSA), SA First Responders (SAFR) and LS Fire Department (LSFD). Department and hospital liveries are supplied, with 2K artwork and styling aligned to the ONX EUP Clothing Pack. Crews and ambulances can therefore use the related uniform and vehicle designs.
Livery templates are part of the package. They provide the vehicle layout for departments preparing their own markings, and installation guides accompany them. The callsign remains a configurable unit detail alongside the selected department artwork.
Exterior selection
- Bumper options for different unit appearances.
- Brushguards among the exterior fittings.
- Several antenna-array layouts.
- Custom wheels suited to the Yankee Type 1.
- Non-ELS emergency lighting.
- Synchronised light patterns.
No client-side ELS dependency is needed for the lighting. The supplied setup synchronises the patterns across players and avoids duplicate model copies for the lighting arrangement. Bumpers, brushguards and antennas provide physical variation in addition to the callsign and livery choices.
The exterior and cabin fittings follow the universal library shared by other ONX standalone vehicles. Common assets can be downloaded once and reused across those models. The C130 body and its vehicle-specific files remain distinct from that equipment collection.
Surface detail and handling
The model includes full LOD coverage, adjusted polygon counts and compressed textures. Rockstar-style mapping represents dirt and crash damage on the vehicle. Custom handling blends realistic roleplay behaviour with arcade balance, serving both response driving and ordinary travel.
The texture ceiling is 1024 for YTD assets and 2048 for embedded liveries. The full resolution values, texture counts and mesh levels are recorded below. The shared library has its own L0-L2 coverage, separate from the C130 ambulance’s complete model progression.
Package contents
- Scratch-built Vapid Yankee C130 Ambulance.
- Department and hospital livery selection.
- Reusable ONX equipment library.
- Livery templates and installation documentation.
The template and tutorials cover the artwork and setup workflow. The native categories expose the supplied equipment choices in game, so a proprietary vehicle menu is unnecessary. A standard customisation menu can make the liveries, consoles, antennas, gurneys and callsigns available to players.
Server deployment
The add-on resource follows a drag-and-drop layout with a normal start order. It works with common frameworks, including Qbox, ESX and QBCore. There is no encryption or IP lock on the model assets. The resource structure and native menu controls are independent of the server’s economy framework.
- Place the ONX vehicle resources under the server’s resource directory in
[onx_vehicles]. - Add a resource-group start line,
ensure [onx_vehicles], toserver.cfg. - Use a standard in-game vehicle menu to select the ambulance’s artwork, medical fittings, antennas and callsign.
Some features require Game Build 3095. A compatible build is needed to access the complete set of vehicle options. The ONX Development Team is credited for the release and its documentation.
Configuring a response unit
The C130 combines crew seating with a treatment compartment that can be used during medical scenes. A department can choose the gurney and monitor equipment, then set the cab loadout and exterior fittings. The callsign and livery identify the resulting unit without changing the underlying ambulance model.
The following specifications cover the 2016-2026 Type 1 body and its common parts. The complete asset structure combines the vehicle model files and textures with a separate shared equipment library.
Shared Mod Parts:
- 227 yft mod parts: 35.21MB
- L0: Max 9,451 polys
- Shared parts span L0-L2 levels
C130 Type 1 files, 2016-2026
- onx_ambkee2_hi.yft: 4.4MB
- onx_ambkee2.yft: 4.5MB
- onx_ambkee2.ytd: 2.2MB
- 5 yft mod parts: < 0.5MB
Model Polycount:
- L0: 185,000
- L1: 103,935
- L2: 45,456
- L3: 17,002
- L4: 2,342
Textures:
- YTD resolution: Max 1024×1024
- YTD texture count: 58
- Embedded livery upper resolution: 2048×2048
The 8-seater C130 provides seating for a multi-medic crew while leaving the rear cabin available for movement during treatment roleplay. The medical fittings can be selected through the same menu as the cab equipment. A department can therefore set the unit number, choose its artwork and configure its monitor and gurney presentation within the supplied vehicle system.
The universal library concerns equipment shared with other ONX responders. Its common fittings remain separate from the C130 body files, which carry the specific Type 1 model and texture data.
Guides and licence scope
Templates, installation tutorials and best-practice guides are included. Liveries and textures are excepted; other assets cannot be reuploaded, put up for resale or rebranded. There is no permission for redistribution.
