Description
Benefactor Jogger Type 2 Ambulance is a scratch-built EMS vehicle in the ONX fleet. Tidemo modelled this 2026 release. WiseGuy, Dayashii, Momo, CanisterDog and JunkyWRX contributed to the build. It is lore-friendly and uses shared equipment from the wider ONX EVP collection.
Spawn name
The supplied Type 2 uses onx_ambjog2. The separately available 4×4 Type 2, onx_ambjog3, is the other Jogger variant.
The ambulance is built from scratch with a Benefactor design suited to the GTA vehicle roster. Custom wheels match the brand and vehicle class. The modular cabin and body equipment allow the same vehicle to be configured for different medical-service appearances.
Walkable patient area
The rear interior allows players to walk inside the ambulance. It provides space for treatment, transport and on-scene medical roleplay. The configured medical loadout supplies the visible equipment around that rear compartment.
Interior options include radio and console arrangements, siren controllers and laptops. Gurney choices and a heart monitor are also part of the available equipment. These selections can be changed in game through labelled native categories.
- Rear compartment with walking space.
- Console and radio arrangements.
- Siren-controller setups.
- Laptop options.
- Heart monitor.
- Gurney configurations.
The cabin choices and the ability to move in the back are supplied features of the vehicle. They give medics an interior setting for patient scenes. The gurney selection is part of the equipment configuration exposed by the modkit.
Liveries and unit identification
Callsigns are editable 3-digit values with selectable colours. They are visible at multiple locations on the ambulance. The callsign display is part of the native customisation setup alongside the other extras.
The liveries cover SAFR, LSFD and MRSA. Department and hospital liveries are included. The supplied livery layer uses 2K resolution.
- SA First Responders (SAFR) markings.
- LS Fire Department (LSFD) markings.
- Mission Row SA (MRSA) markings.
- 3-digit callsign editing and colour selection.
Livery templates support custom department graphics. Install guides accompany those templates, and the markings align with the ONX EUP Clothing Pack. Vehicle and uniform appearance can therefore follow the same department design.
Body and light equipment
Bumpers and brushguards provide selectable exterior options. Antenna arrays offer different equipment layouts. These choices accompany the cabin loadouts and markings, giving the Type 2 several aspects of configuration.
The emergency lights use synchronised non-ELS patterns. No client ELS installation is required. The setup avoids duplicate-model configurations while providing the same emergency patterns to players.
The lightbars, antennas and other equipment come from the common ONX library. That component set also includes consoles, gurneys and interior parts. It gives the standalone vehicles a shared appearance across the emergency fleet.
Controls in game
Every extra and mod category is labelled to identify the available choices. Standard vehicle menus can use these native options. Callsigns, gurneys and antennas are changed through the same modkit-and-extras approach as the other equipment.
No bespoke menu is required. Existing garage tools, vehicle menus or administrative menus can access the categories. The package does not include framework-specific code; the server’s chosen menu provides the interface to the native parts.
Model construction
The asset set includes full LODs, adjusted polygon counts and compressed textures. Dirt and crash mapping follow Rockstar’s style. The custom handling mixes a realistic roleplay feel with arcade balance.
The ambulance body includes L0 through L4 detail levels. Reusable lightbars, antennas, consoles, gurneys and interior fittings come from the universal ONX EVP library shared with the wider fleet.

Framework and installation
The vehicle is delivered as a drag-and-drop add-on. QBCore, ESX and Qbox are supported, as are vanilla and standalone setups. The normal resource start order is used.
- Place the ONX vehicle resources inside [onx_vehicles] in the resources directory.
- Add the ensure [onx_vehicles] entry to server.cfg.
- Select the liveries, consoles, antenna equipment, gurneys and callsigns with a standard customisation menu.
Some features depend on Game Build 3095. An older build may load the model without exposing every interior and exterior feature. Using the required build provides access to the complete configuration.
Package and asset notes
Support is included. Templates, installation tutorials and documentation accompany the model and shared components.
The licence prohibits asset reuploading, resale and rebranding, with exceptions limited to liveries and textures. Redistribution is not allowed.
Showcase screenshots are credited to JsH. The vehicle is the Type 2 ambulance, with its walkable rear, configurable medical equipment and common ONX fittings. Department markings and unit numbers are selected through the same native system used for the other vehicle options.
The body options, interior loadouts and identification choices all belong to this Type 2 configuration. A department can choose its bumper and antenna arrangement, then select the cabin equipment and livery. The callsign values distinguish the individual unit within that department appearance.
The shared components link the ambulance visually to the other ONX emergency vehicles. Common lightbars, consoles and gurney equipment are part of that library. The separate 4×4 model uses onx_ambjog3.
The Type 2 suits city shifts, double-medic calls and mass-casualty roleplay, with its walkable rear box and configurable medical equipment.
