Description
ONX Brute EjectoLift NX gives medics a controllable gurney vehicle for patient scenes and transport. It uses a real vehicle entity with its own physics, seat nodes and height animation. A medic can steer from the driver seat while the patient occupies the passenger position on the bed.
Tidemo made the gurney from scratch, with contributions from WiseGuy. The asset works standalone and is designed to pair with the six-model ONX ambulance fleet. Its flat and raised-back-rest variants support transport and treatment appearances, with a colourable frame for service or hospital branding.
Medic and patient positions
The driver seat node gives the medic control for pushing and steering. The passenger node keeps the patient on the bed without handing over vehicle control. These positions provide the seating arrangement for patient transfers and movement through an EMS scene. The vehicle has its own physics and animations, rather than depending on an attached prop.
The patient position remains on the bed during transport and supports the seated patient without taking control of the gurney. The seating system also supports patient positioning through ragdoll interactions. Medics use the other seat node to move the vehicle, keeping patient and operator roles distinct during the scene.
Included gurney equipment
- ONX Gurney Vehicle.
- Driver seat node for medic control.
- Passenger seat node for the patient.
- A flat gurney variant.
- A variant with the back rest raised.
- Colour-adjustable frame paint.
- Animated height adjustment using H.
- A handle that rises automatically when the gurney is lowered.
Height animation and appearance
Hold H to raise or lower the gurney. Its animated height movement accompanies the patient’s position on the bed. In the lowered position, the handle rises automatically. The flat and raised-back-rest choices allow the gurney’s appearance to suit a transport or treatment scene.
Frame paint can be recoloured for a service or hospital identity. The paint choice accompanies the same seat-node arrangement and height controls on the gurney vehicle. Both back-rest options remain part of the included asset.
Ambulance integration
The ONX ambulance fleet offers loader configurations for an empty loader, raised hooks, a gurney stretcher and a stretcher with its back rest raised. The EjectoLift NX is designed to work with these configurations. Developers can connect it through either of the following integration paths.
1) Attach the gurney
A script can attach the gurney to misc_s on a custom ONX ambulance. This bone attachment places the gurney in the loader, aligning its visible and functional position with the ambulance. The fleet pairing is available for any of the custom ONX ambulances.
2) Transfer the patient
A scripted seat swap can move the patient from the gurney into a seated transport position inside the ambulance. Pair that transfer with the ambulance’s corresponding gurney mod part. The matching part aligns the visible position and animation with the seating used by the gurney vehicle.
Scripting and installation
The purchase supplies the asset. There are no prebuilt scripts for pushing the gurney, loading it or transferring patients; those actions remain script-open. Developers can implement those actions for QB, QBCore, ESX, Qbox or a custom EMS framework. The vehicle entity provides the control and seating basis for that integration.
- Place ONX vehicle resources inside [onx_vehicles] under the server’s resources folder.
- Enable them in the server cfg with
ensure [onx_vehicles]. - Configure ambulance and gurney behaviour using the chosen framework or custom scripts.
The asset is framework-agnostic and works standalone. The ONX ambulance fleet is optional for basic gurney use, while that fleet provides the matching loader and gurney-mod-part integration. Some features depend on the server running Game Build 3095. EjectoLift NX is a standalone asset.

Full LOD coverage accompanies the gurney. The seat nodes, frame paint and animated controls remain part of the patient-transport asset used for scene response, ambulance loading and hospital handoff.
Script sales and asset permissions
Custom scripts may interact with ONX gurneys and ONX ambulances, and those scripts may be sold commercially. A script or package must not redistribute, reupload, bundle or include the ONX gurneys or ambulances.
Reuploading, rebranding and resale of ONX assets are prohibited, except for permitted liveries and textures where applicable. Redistribution is prohibited.
The scripted push, loading and transfer workflow can then use the EjectoLift’s vehicle entity, seating positions and ambulance integration paths.
Building the patient workflow
The medic and patient nodes provide separate roles for a custom EMS script. The medic controls movement from the driver position, while the passenger position keeps the patient on the bed, including during ragdoll interactions. A developer can choose the bone-attachment approach to load the gurney into an ONX ambulance, or use a seat swap to move the patient inside. The matching ambulance gurney part provides the visual pairing for that transfer. Neither approach arrives as a prebuilt push or transfer system; the asset allows the server’s own scripts to define the interaction. Commercial script developers may sell that implementation, but the gurney and ambulance files cannot be included in the script package. Customers must obtain those required assets separately.
