Description
ONX Maverick BH700 pairs patrol and tactical helicopters for department air support. The lore-friendly Buckingham model was rebuilt from scratch, with shared customisation, identification and graphics across the two operational configurations.
The FiveM pack covers routine supervision, EMS and SAR work alongside tactical insertion and extraction. Both aircraft use the same equipment family, so their appearance remains related even when their seating and mission roles differ.
Included airframes
- Maverick BH700 – Patrol: standard 5-seat configuration for routine patrol, supervision, EMS and SAR.
- Maverick BH700 – Tactical: 9 seats using +4 external skid positions, with working rappel ropes for tactical insertion.
The Tactical layout adds 4 outboard seats to the standard arrangement, giving 9 total. Its working ropes support SWAT deployment, high-risk warrant operations and rescue extraction scenes.
The Patrol remains the standard 5-seat airframe. Exhaust options, callsigns, the livery set and the customisation kit are shared across both configurations.
Law-enforcement liveries
- Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), with standard, classic and retro choices.
- Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department (LSSD).
- San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), including retro versions.
EVP companion departments
- Blaine County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO).
- Grapeseed Sheriff’s Department (GSSD).
- Del Perro Police Department (DPPD).
Medical, fire and federal graphics
- San Andreas First Responders (SAFR – EMS).
- Los Santos Fire Department (LSFD).
- Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), including a ghost variant.
Every livery also has a worn or aged version. The graphics match the ONX EVP department range, covering police, EMS, fire and federal identities within the same airframe collection.
The aged versions allow older-looking aircraft alongside fresh graphics. The FIB ghost appearance provides a lower-visibility federal option, while the other department sets retain their named standard and retro choices.
Dynamic identification
Customisable 3-digit callsigns appear on the engine cowling and tail boom. The system supports multiple livery types, allowing each aircraft to show its own unit number within the selected department graphics.
The callsign locations are shared between Patrol and Tactical models. They provide identification independently of the difference in seating and rappel equipment.
Exhaust and skids
The default exhaust is a twin layout. In-game configuration can change it to a single exit, using the following finishes:
- Singular Chrome Exhaust
- Singular Black Exhaust
- Singular Oxidized Exhaust
Main skids can be Black, Primary paint or Secondary paint. These visual selections are part of the shared kit used across both mission variants.
Observation equipment
The BH700 has 4 controllable camera options and a controllable spotlight. Those tools serve pursuit observation, perimeter monitoring and night searches.
There are 2 mirror options mounted from the pilot’s side. Those mirrors accompany the camera and spotlight selection as part of the aircraft’s detail and observation equipment.
Skid attachment selection
Nine attachment choices combine the available types and finishes. The types are baskets, baskets with luggage and cargo pods. Each comes in Primary, Secondary and White.
The attachments let the aircraft’s visible loadout follow a search, rescue or equipment-transport scene. They remain part of the same modular aircraft configuration alongside skid paint and exhaust choices.

Installing the air pack
Place the BH700 resources in the server resources directory. The recommended grouping folder is [onx_ev_air]. Add ensure onx_bh700, or the chosen folder name, to server.cfg. The download readme contains the spawn names and handling data.
The Patrol entry covers the standard aircraft, while the Tactical entry identifies the outboard-seat configuration with working ropes.
Framework and build scope
The resource works across QBCore, ESX, Qbox and standalone frameworks. It is designed to join existing ONX EVP police and EMS fleets through the shared graphics and equipment approach.
Game Build 3095 is required for some features. The core helicopter and most functions work on standard installations, while full access includes the modular skid attachments and camera systems supported by the required build.
Availability and terms
Full support is included. Redistribution is prohibited.
Reuploading, resale and rebranding are prohibited except for the livery and texture allowance. The original aircraft files remain subject to those restrictions.
The pack’s mission distinction is seating and rappel equipment. Patrol retains its standard cabin capacity, while Tactical adds the external skid positions and working ropes. Callsigns, cameras, spotlight, exhaust, attachments and department graphics provide the shared configuration system around those two airframes.
The standard and tactical aircraft share visual options but have different seating specifications. The Patrol’s 5-seat arrangement serves supervision and medical or search roles. The Tactical’s additional external positions and working ropes provide tactical insertion and extraction capability.
The observation tools are also shared across the mission configurations. Four controllable camera options and the controllable spotlight support pursuit, perimeter and search operations. The mirror choices are mounted from the pilot’s side, while the cargo pods and baskets occupy the skids. These are distinct equipment groups on the same modular helicopter platform.
Dedicated worn graphics accompany every supplied department livery, preserving that department identity while showing an aged appearance.
Both airframes use the same exhaust choices, callsign system and livery collection. A Patrol aircraft and a Tactical aircraft can therefore carry matching department identities while retaining their different seating and mission equipment.
