Description
Albany Cavalcade VSTR is a lore-friendly special-service SUV with equipment for patrol, supervisors, K9 handlers, SWAT and gang units. JunkyWRX built the vehicle, with WiseGuy, Tidemo and Dayashii contributing. The model uses non-ELS lighting and a native customisation system.
Department roles
The same vehicle model can be configured for LEO or EMS duties, DOC work, Federal use, an Unmarked setup or a Decommissioned appearance. These roles are selected through modkit options and extras rather than separate vehicle resources.
There are 200+ configuration choices. They cover the department markings, equipment and cabin arrangements used to distinguish those roles. A marked patrol SUV and an unmarked vehicle therefore share the model while using different selections.
Livery, paint and callsigns
Included liveries cover LSPD, LSSD and SAHP, providing city, county and state markings. The designs use 2K resolution. Single-colour and two-tone paint are supported, and the two-tone selection operates independently of the livery.
Callsigns are editable 5-digit identifiers with selectable colours. They provide a visible unit designation on the SUV. The department livery and paint can be configured separately from the callsign value, allowing identification within a chosen department appearance.
- City, county and state department designs.
- LSPD, LSSD and SAHP liveries.
- Single and two-tone paint choices.
- Livery-independent two-tone colours.
- 5-digit callsign editing.
- Callsign colour selection.
Unit tags
The vehicle has 16 unit tags. The roles include Supervisor and Command, Warden and Paramedic, SWAT, Gang Unit, K9 and Caution K9. Tags are available in colourable and red reflective versions.
These tags identify the role of the configured unit. They accompany the department markings and callsigns rather than requiring another vehicle model. The same Cavalcade can therefore display the selected function through its native equipment and identification choices.
Emergency lighting and exterior
Non-ELS patterns are synchronised across players. There is no client ELS dependency, and the setup avoids duplicated vehicle models for lighting arrangements. Lightbar configurations include ALPR attachments, slicktop options and undercover versions.
Ram bars are available by jurisdiction. Spotlights are controlled by the player. Antenna arrays include regular equipment, specialist layouts and tactical wobble variants for city, county and state deployments.
- ALPR lightbar attachments.
- Slicktop and undercover configurations.
- Jurisdiction-specific ram bars.
- Player-operated spotlights.
- Regular, specialist and tactical wobble antennas.
These exterior selections change the equipment carried by the SUV. The antenna and ram-bar choices provide the jurisdictional distinctions, while the lightbar configuration changes the visible emergency setup. They are all accessible through the native vehicle categories.
Cabin and storage
The interior selection contains 50+ loadouts. Console, radio, siren-controller and laptop arrangements are included, together with dash radar. Divider options and gun racks for the roof or trunk extend the equipment range.
Animated lockboxes form part of the trunk selection, alongside drawers. Storage equipment can be presented in either an orderly or a messy arrangement. These provide different storage presentations for the same vehicle, alongside the cabin loadout chosen for its role.
- 50+ cabin loadouts.
- Console and radio equipment.
- Siren controllers and laptops.
- Dash radar.
- Dividers and roof-mounted gun racks.
- Trunk gun racks.
- Animated lockboxes and drawers.
- Organised or messy storage arrangements.
Fleet appearance and controls
Common lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and tags come from the ONX parts library. The equipment matches the ONX EVP collection and Gabz fleet. It is shared across other standalone models, giving those vehicles consistent fittings.
The liveries align with the ONX EUP Clothing Pack. Templates are included for custom department designs, and installation guides accompany them. The optional EVP Liveries and Lightbars companion provides additional graphics and lighting choices.
Extras and mod categories carry labels. A standard customisation menu can use those native controls to select the parts in game. No separately written menu script is required for the 200+ options.
Model construction
Full LODs are included with adjusted polygon counts and compressed textures. The Cavalcade has Rockstar-style dirt and crash mapping. Custom handling combines roleplay realism with arcade balance.
The SUV uses the same shared equipment library as other ONX standalone vehicles. Its lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and tags match across the fleet.

Installation and build requirements
The Cavalcade is a drag-and-drop add-on with the normal resource start order. Common frameworks are supported, including QBCore, ESX and Qbox. The vehicle’s extras provide the configuration choices within an existing menu.
- Create [onx_vehicles] in the resources directory and place the ONX vehicle resources there.
- Add ensure [onx_vehicles] to the server cfg.
- Configure markings, ALPR, lightbars, cages, cabin equipment, antennas, storage and tags through the vehicle menu.
- Enable VMT_LIGHTBAR to access the custom lightbar and ALPR selections.
Game Build 3095 introduced the required VMT_LIGHTBAR category. The vehicle and most features work on earlier builds, while the specific custom lightbar and ALPR choices need that build. This is the requirement for accessing the complete configuration.
Package notes
The download includes the Cavalcade, city/county/state markings, the shared components and documentation. Templates, installation tutorials and guidance are supplied.
Original assets are protected against resale, reuploading and rebranding. Only livery and texture work is excepted, and redistribution is prohibited.
The native selections combine identification, body equipment and storage choices within the same Cavalcade resource. Different loadouts retain the same underlying SUV model.
The Cavalcade can serve a patrol unit, supervisor vehicle, SWAT or gang-unit configuration through its native choices.
