Description
Declasse Merit PPV is a scratch-built pursuit sedan with configurable police, medical and other department roles. Its non-ELS lighting is synchronised, and the model is made for a lore-friendly FiveM fleet. The body follows a mid-2000s American pursuit-sedan direction, equipped for 2017-era service.
Dayashii made the vehicle from scratch, with WiseGuy, Tidemo and JunkyWRX contributing. It is not a vanilla edit. The Declasse Merit PPV (2006-2017) has equipment selected through native vehicle options.
Department and role selection
The PPV supplies LSPD, LSSD and SAHP liveries for city, county and state work. A single model can be set up for LEO, EMS, DOC, Federal, Unmarked and Decommissioned uses. Native modkit selections and extras change its configuration in game.
This keeps the service role separate from the base model. A department does not need another streamed vehicle for each marked or unmarked appearance. The native system handles the changes, and the lighting does not depend on duplicate models.
The included liveries use 2K artwork and match the ONX EUP Clothing Pack’s visual direction. Single-colour paint and two-tone paint are supported. The paint system is independent of the livery, so the artwork and body colours remain separate choices.
Callsigns and tags
An editable, colourable 5-digit callsign handles unit identity. The role tags form another part of the configuration, with 16 choices in colourable and red reflective versions.
- Supervisor / Command markings.
- Warden / Paramedic markings.
- SWAT / Gang Unit markings.
- K9 / Caution K9 markings.
A callsign distinguishes the vehicle itself, while the tag describes its duty. Those markings work alongside the selected LSPD, LSSD or SAHP livery. They use the same department-focused configuration system as the other equipment.
Lighting and exterior parts
The non-ELS system needs no client ELS dependency. Lightbar configurations offer ALPR attachments, with slicktop and undercover alternatives for the vehicle. Synchronised patterns are built into the lighting setup.
Custom Declasse Pursuit wheels are fitted to the body. Jurisdiction-specific ram bars and player-operated spotlights add exterior equipment choices. Antenna arrays cover ordinary, specialist and tactical wobble designs for city, county and state units.
The PPV shares equipment with the ONX EVP and Gabz fleet. Lightbars, aerials, consoles, cages and tags use the common parts library, giving this sedan the same equipment style as related standalones. Its scratch-built body remains specific to the Merit PPV.
K9-ready cabin loadouts and canine layouts
There are 50+ interior setups. They include console, radio, siren-controller and laptop arrangements, plus dash radar. Gun racks can occupy the divider, roof and trunk positions.
The canine configuration is built into the vehicle. A split K9/suspect seating layout supports primary and secondary paint colours. A full K9 interior is also available, together with window bars and dividers. These layouts are selected in game alongside the other interior equipment.
The K9 arrangements provide a distinction from a general cabin equipment change: they alter the rear seating and partition layout for the role. Both the split arrangement and full canine layout are included, alongside the canine unit tags.
Trunk equipment
Animated drawers and lockboxes are part of the trunk selection. Organised and messy arrangements are both available. They sit within the same customisation system as the cabin and exterior, allowing storage appearance to be selected for the unit.
Across the vehicle, the available range totals 200+ tuning and configuration options. Labelled extras and mod categories expose them to a standard customisation menu. A proprietary menu or dedicated UI script is not needed for these native controls.
Handling, wear and model detail
The custom handling mixes roleplay realism with arcade balance. Rockstar-style mapping handles dirt and crash appearance, keeping those visual effects within the game’s established approach.
The vehicle has a full LOD sequence and compressed textures. YTD textures reach up to 1024×1024, with embedded liveries up to 2048×2048. The 2K department artwork accompanies the period pursuit body.
The shared library includes 227 YFT mod parts at 35.21MB. Every part carries L0-L2 detail levels, with an L0 maximum of 9,451 polygons. That common set is distinct from the Merit PPV’s own 215 YFT mod parts.
The PPV’s high-detail drawable is 4.6MB, the standard drawable is 3.7MB, and its texture dictionary is 1.0MB. The model begins at 150,386 polygons for L0 and reaches 1,450 at L4. There are 31 textures in the YTD. The intervening LODs provide progressively simpler geometry between the close-view body and L4.
Installation and game-build requirement
The package uses an add-on resource layout with standard start order and works with common roleplay frameworks. It is a standalone vehicle resource, configured through the normal native extras and modkit controls.
- Put the ONX vehicle resources beneath the server resources directory in
[onx_vehicles]. - Set
ensure [onx_vehicles]in the server configuration file. - Use the in-game customisation menu for liveries, equipment and interior arrangements.
- Add
VMT_Lightbarto that menu for custom ALPR and lightbar choices.
Game Build 3095 is required for the affected lightbar options. The VMT_Lightbar category must be available in the menu to expose them. The resource is started from server.cfg using the folder arrangement above.
Documentation and supplied terms
Templates, installation tutorials and guidance accompany the car. They cover department branding and the supplied equipment configuration. Ongoing support and documentation are included.
Reuploading, resale and rebranding are forbidden except for the buyer’s own liveries and textures. Those terms accompany the standalone PPV and its shared fleet components.
Vehicle menu identifier
- Declasse Merit PPV (2006-2017):
onx_polmerit2
The same identifier is used for the vehicle menu, garage or trainer. Department and role equipment are changed after selecting the model, using the native configuration choices.
