Description
ONX Declasse Tulip M-100 brings a boxy 1983 interceptor to a lore-friendly patrol fleet. This vanilla edit suits departments that want a classic cruiser alongside their newer units. Tidemo made the vehicle, with WiseGuy and JunkyWRX contributing to the build.
The Tulip pairs its period shape with modern patrol configuration. Non-ELS lighting, department liveries and 200+ customisation options allow a vintage-looking car to serve different units. Its custom RWD Classic Steelie Declasse wheels follow the era of the cruiser, while its native modkit controls the patrol equipment.
Lighting and fleet identity
Lighting patterns synchronise across units without a client ELS dependency. The non-ELS system works within the vehicle, and its different appearances do not need duplicate models. LSPD, LSSD and SAHP liveries give the Tulip city, county and state coverage.
- Vanilla-edited, lore-friendly Declasse cruiser.
- Non-ELS system with synced light patterns.
- 2K liveries for the departments.
- Custom RWD Classic Steelie Declasse wheels.
- 200+ options selected through modkit and Extras.
- Complete LODs and compressed textures.
- Rockstar-style dirt and crash mapping.
- Custom handling combining RP realism and arcade control.
The universal parts library follows the ONX EVP and Gabz fleet appearance. Lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages and tags use that consistent parts system. Other ONX standalone models share the library, giving departments the same component styling across their patrol roster.
Callsigns, lightbars and exterior choices
An editable 5-digit callsign sits on the body and can be coloured. Paint is independent of livery selection, with both single-colour and two-tone schemes supported. Those systems allow unit identification and department paint to be chosen separately from the livery.
- Lightbar configurations include ALPR attachments.
- Slicktop and undercover arrangements are available.
- Jurisdiction-correct ram bars.
- Spotlights controlled by the player.
- Regular, specialist and tactical wobble antennas.
- Antenna loadouts for city, county and state units.
The same vehicle model supports LEO, EMS, DOC, Federal, Unmarked and Decommissioned roles. Modkit choices and Extras select the role and equipment. Each configuration uses the Tulip’s single spawn, so a different department loadout does not call for another model name.
Unit labels
There are 16 unit tags. Their choices include Command, Supervisor and Warden, along with SWAT, Paramedic and Gang Unit. K9 and Caution K9 tags are also available. Tags offer colourable and red reflective variants, allowing the unit role to appear on the cruiser alongside its body callsign.
Cabin and boot loadouts
Inside, 50+ setups cover consoles, radios, siren controllers and laptops. A dash radar is available, and gun racks can occupy the divider, roof or trunk. These interior choices provide equipment layouts for the different patrol roles without changing the car’s basic classic shape.
- Console, radio, siren-controller and laptop configurations: 50+.
- Dashboard radar.
- Divider gun-rack option.
- Roof gun-rack option.
- Trunk gun-rack option.
- Animated lockboxes.
- Boot drawers.
- Organised boot layouts.
- Messy boot layouts.
Labeled Extras and mod categories handle the in-game changes. A standard customisation menu can adjust lightbars, ALPR, cages, consoles, antennas, trunks and tags. Two-tone paint, ram bars and spotlights are handled by those controls as well. There is no proprietary menu or bespoke UI to install.
Liveries and documents
The included liveries match the ONX EUP Clothing Pack. Livery templates and install guides accompany the car for custom departments. Support is included, with installation tutorials and best-practice documentation. The standalone includes the modified Tulip, its city, county and state graphics, and the universal ONX parts library.

FiveM setup
The car uses a drag-and-drop add-on resource and standard start order. QBCore, ESX, Qbox and standalone setups are compatible. Its native modkit and labeled Extras work with standard in-game customisation menus rather than requiring a custom menu resource.
- Put the ONX vehicle resources under [onx_vehicles] in the server resources directory.
- Add
ensure [onx_vehicles]within server.cfg. - Use a vehicle menu to select the liveries, lightbars, ALPR, cages, consoles, antennas, boot equipment and tags.
- Add
VMT_LIGHTBARto the menu to expose custom ALPR and lightbar choices. The category was introduced with build 3095.
Some features require Game Build 3095. In particular, VMT_LIGHTBAR provides the custom ALPR and lightbar access. Earlier builds still load the car, but build 3095 or newer is needed for the full visual range. A standard menu must expose the relevant category to allow its options to be selected.
The single-model approach lets a department use the Tulip as a marked cruiser, a slicktop or an undercover unit, with service identities configured through Extras and the modkit. Independent paint, colourable callsigns and role tags provide the identifiers; interior and boot choices supply the equipment layout. Its period wheels and body preserve the classic patrol appearance through those configurations.

Classic form, configurable patrol use
The boxy Tulip evokes a late-70s squad car while carrying its 1983 patrol identity. The steel wheels follow that period appearance. Inside and outside, modern configuration choices allow different department loadouts without changing the classic cruiser shape.
Livery templates support department rebranding. The editable callsign gives an individual unit its identifier, and colourable or reflective tags add the assigned role. Single-colour and two-tone paint remain independent of that livery selection. Lightbar, slicktop and undercover choices provide different patrol appearances around the same period body.
Boot equipment can use animated lockboxes and drawers, with either an organised or messy layout. Interior choices include the console, radio, siren-controller and laptop setups, plus radar and gun racks. A department can combine these selections through a standard vehicle menu, using the labeled mod categories and Extras to set up its particular patrol loadout.
