Description

EVP Non-ELS Emergency Vehicle Pack brings 50+ lore-friendly vehicles together for LEO, EMS, DOC and federal service. The collection combines scratch-made models with reimagined vanilla vehicles, using a shared equipment library across the fleet.

Vehicle range and common equipment

The fleet covers sedans, SUVs, pickups and sports interceptors, alongside motorcycles, ATVs and aircraft. Medical resources include ambulances and gurneys. Legacy vehicles and air units sit alongside the modern patrol and response selection.

A universal parts system supplies related lightbars, antennas, consoles, cages, tags and trunk components across the range. That common equipment gives different vehicle bodies a consistent department appearance. A custom emergency wheel pack provides service wheels for multiple brands.

Lighting and siren controls

All vehicles use non-ELS lighting, with patterns synchronised on the server. Players do not require a client ELS modification. The custom lightbar script provides multiple bar choices and full pattern sets without creating duplicate vehicles just to change the lightbar.

There are 10+ lightbar options, including modern and old-school forms, EMS red versions, slicktops and undercover arrangements. ALPR attachments are included. The script also contains a siren controller, with keybinds selecting the siren tones.

The lightbar script is compatible with Gabz PD cars. That compatibility allows a mixed fleet to use the related lighting approach while preserving the shared visual direction of its equipment.

Department identities

Each model supports LEO, EMS, DOC, Federal, Unmarked and Decommissioned configurations. These are selected through the model’s extras and modkit, rather than requiring separate department models.

LSPD, LSSD and SAHP are covered by the base department liveries. Ambulance artwork includes SAFR, LSFD and MRSA. The 2K liveries align with ONX EUP styling, and templates are provided for departmental artwork.

Planned future additions include Rockford PD and Vinewood PD, NOOSE, LSIA and SAMA, plus Mt Zonah, LSFDIA, Central LS Medical and Eclipse Medical.

Identification and body finish

An editable, colourable 5-digit callsign system identifies individual units. Paint may use a single colour or two tones, with the paint arrangement independent of the selected livery.

The 16 tags cover Supervisor and Command roles. Warden and Paramedic markings are included, as are SWAT and Gang Unit. Canine markings include K9 and Caution K9. Colourable versions and red reflective alternatives are supplied. The tag identifies the role, while the callsign and livery identify the unit and department.

Cabins, canine equipment and trunks

The pack provides 45+ interior loadouts involving sirens controllers, radios, laptop positions and consoles. Dash radar is supplied, and gun racks can occupy divider, roof and trunk positions.

Multiple vehicles are equipped with K9-ready layouts. Cage choices include window bars, a split seating arrangement for K9/suspect use, and dividers. Those layouts are part of the vehicle configuration range alongside the general cabin equipment.

Trunk selections include animated drawers and lockboxes. Organised arrangements, messy layouts, raised boxes and loose clutter provide different storage appearances. Exterior choices include jurisdiction-specific ram bars and spotlights operated by the player.

Antenna arrays offer regular, specialist, tactical and retrofit wobble versions. These cover city, county and state equipment styles and use the same fleet-wide design approach as the other shared parts.

Ambulance resources

Medical vehicles cover Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 ambulances. Animated, driveable gurney stretchers accompany the ambulance selection.

The ambulance artwork distinguishes SAFR, LSFD and MRSA, while the wider fleet also supports EMS configurations on other models. The medical selection includes ambulances and animated, driveable gurney stretchers.

Configuration, handling and asset detail

Every vehicle has 200+ customisation options through native modkit categories and extras. Labels expose the choices in an ordinary vehicle customisation menu, without requiring a bespoke menu interface.

Custom handling combines a grounded RP feel with arcade balance. Dirt and crash mapping follow Rockstar’s visual style. The supplied assets have full LODs, compressed textures and tuned polygon counts.

Texture limits are YTD ≤ 1024 and embedded liveries ≤ 2048. These are resource limits, alongside the 2K livery artwork and full detail-level coverage across the vehicles.

FiveM installation

The bundle uses an add-on resource layout, standard start order and a drag-and-drop installation structure. QBCore, ESX, Qbox and standalone setups are supported; the fleet is not coupled to a specific framework script.

  1. Keep the ONX vehicle resources in [onx_vehicles] beneath the server resources directory.
  2. Set the server configuration to start them with ensure [onx_vehicles] in server.cfg.
  3. Use the native vehicle menu categories for equipment, liveries and interior layouts.
  4. Add VMT_Lightbar, introduced in build 3095, for custom ALPR and lightbar selections.

Documents, credits and terms

Templates, installation guides and guidance are supplied, with support included. The ONX Development Team is credited for the package. Contributors are ONX, WiseGuy, Dayashii, Tidemo, JunkyWRX, BarnabyJones, Momo and Witteh.

Reuploading, resale and rebranding are prohibited for the base assets. Liveries and textures are excepted, and redistribution remains prohibited.
