Description
FiveM Lore Friendly Ambulance Pack combines the ONX medical fleet with a separate animated gurney vehicle. The ONX Development Team created the set for EMS roleplay, with Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 ambulances covering heavy-response, everyday transport and transit roles.
Type 1 vehicles
- Bravado Bison Ambulance Type 1 (2025):
onx_ambbison. - Vapid Sandking Ambulance Type 1 (2025):
onx_ambking. - Vapid Yankee C105 Ambulance Type 1 (2015):
onx_ambkee.
Type 2 and Type 3 vehicles
- Benefactor Jogger Ambulance Type 2 (2026):
onx_ambjog2. - Benefactor Jogger 4×4 Ambulance Type 2 (2026):
onx_ambjog3. - Benefactor Jogger Ambulance Type 3 (2026):
onx_ambjog.
Gurney vehicle
- Brute EjectoLift NX (2026):
onx_gurney.
The bundle contains 6 ambulances plus the gurney. The Type 1 bodies provide heavy-response platforms for trauma scenes. Type 2 vans serve everyday transport, while the Type 3 platform covers transit and non-emergency roles. Each ambulance in the fleet has its own spawn entry for selection through the vehicle system.
Shared ambulance equipment
The ambulances use non-ELS lighting. Players do not need a client ELS installation to see the emergency lights. The fleet uses the same feature set, so the underlying configuration approach is consistent between the supplied ambulances.
Callsigns use a 3-digit system with editable values and selectable colours. Vehicle customisation is exposed through native extras and the modkit. It can be operated through a standard vehicle customisation menu, without a separately designed menu interface.
- Non-ELS emergency lights.
- Editable, colourable 3-digit callsigns.
- Native modkit and extras for configuration.
- 2K liveries.
- Rear cabins that players can walk through.
- Interior medical equipment loadouts.
- Full LODs and adjusted polygon counts.
- Compressed textures.
- Rockstar-style dirt and crash mapping.
- Custom handling tuned for each platform.
Universal components are shared across ONX EVP. The set includes common lightbars, antenna equipment, consoles, gurneys and interior parts. These components give the fleet a consistent equipment appearance rather than treating each ambulance as an unrelated model.
EjectoLift movement and seating
The Brute EjectoLift NX is built as a vehicle asset. It includes driver and passenger seat nodes, providing the positions needed for different script implementations. The backrest can use flat or raised variants for the patient state being represented.
The gurney’s paint is colourable. Holding H raises or lowers it. When lowered, an extended handle is visible, providing the handle position for moving the gurney on foot. These controls and visual states belong to the gurney asset itself.
- Driver and passenger seating nodes.
- Flat backrest variant.
- Raised backrest variant.
- Colourable paint.
- Hold H for height adjustment.
- Extended handle visible in the lowered state.
Ambulance loader arrangements
Every ambulance provides support for the gurney-loader configurations. The choices include an empty loader, raised hooks and stretcher variants with either backrest position. These parts provide the interior appearance needed for a loading or patient-transfer script.
The asset package supports different implementation approaches. A server can attach the gurney vehicle to the ambulance, or move the patient into a matching seat inside. The package supplies the vehicle assets and configuration options; automated medical transport logic is implemented by the server’s scripts.
Attaching the gurney
For direct loading, a script can attach the gurney to the ambulance’s misc_s bone. That places the gurney within the rear bay using the provided attachment location. The gurney remains the asset being carried by the ambulance.
The bone gives the script the location for the load-into-bay behaviour. The vehicle and loader options provide the visible arrangement around that attachment. This is the path for scripts that transport the gurney itself inside the ambulance.
Moving the patient to an interior seat
The alternative is to transfer the patient from the gurney into a seated position in the ambulance. The matching gurney mod part is then selected so the rear interior displays the appropriate stretcher configuration. Native seating animation can be used for the patient.
This approach changes the patient’s seat rather than carrying the gurney vehicle as the attachment. The matching mod part supplies the interior visual. Both approaches can be used within the same EMS system according to the type of call or transport sequence.
Framework and menu integration
The ambulances and gurney are standalone vehicle assets. They can run with QBCore, ESX, Qbox or a custom framework, and the assets themselves do not require a framework. A custom EMS resource is needed only for the automated loading or transfer behaviour a server chooses to implement.
Standard customisation menus can access the native extras and modkit options. These expose callsigns, liveries, consoles, antenna arrangements and loader configurations. The shared fleet features mean those categories follow the same general setup across the medical vehicles.
Installation
- Place the ONX vehicle resources in the server’s resources directory. A parent folder named [onx_vehicles] is recommended.
- Set ensure [onx_vehicles] in the server cfg.
- Use the vehicle menu to choose modkit parts and extras, including the gurney loader, callsigns and interior equipment.
Scripts and redistribution
Creators may write EMS scripts using these ambulance and gurney assets. Those scripts may be sold commercially. The vehicle and gurney assets themselves may not be reuploaded, redistributed or included inside the script package.
This separates the script implementation from the supplied vehicle resources. It applies whether the script uses an attached gurney or transfers the patient into an ambulance seat.
Department liveries can be reworked, and the editable callsigns provide unit identification. The shared equipment, walkable rear interiors and separate animated gurney form this bundle’s medical fleet.
The gurney is a vehicle with seating nodes, while the ambulance has the matching loader choices. Those are the assets used by either transport method. In the attachment approach the gurney moves into the bay; in the seat-transfer approach the patient changes seats and the chosen mod part supplies the interior appearance. The script controls that sequence around the supplied models.
