The Scout 1994 patrol SUV shares that era in a scratch-built service form. It has non-ELS lights, callsigns and 200+ equipment choices. The callsigns use 5 digits, and the model is an add-on. This is a separate paid police build from the free civilian Scout, with emergency lighting and equipment choices.
