Description

ONX FiveM Lore Friendly Ambulance Pack brings together box-body response vehicles, Jogger ambulances and an animated EMS gurney. The selection covers heavy rescue, urban transport and rural calls, with shared equipment giving the fleet a related appearance.

Six ambulances are supplied alongside the Brute EjectoLift NX. Type 1 bodies handle the heavier response roles, while Type 2 and Type 3 Joggers provide the van-based transport configurations. Each vehicle has its own identifier for dispatch and garage setup.

Type 1 vehicles

  • Bravado Bison Ambulance Type 1 (2025): onx_ambbison. A modern box-body vehicle for primary EMS calls.
  • Vapid Sandking Ambulance Type 1 (2025): onx_ambking. The heavy-duty option for rural response and rescue.
  • Vapid Yankee C105 Ambulance Type 1 (2015), identifier: onx_ambkee. An older-generation rig for county or legacy fleets.

Jogger vehicles

  • Benefactor Jogger Ambulance Type 2 (2026), identifier: onx_ambjog2. The van-style urban transport configuration.
  • Benefactor Jogger 4×4 Ambulance Type 2 (2026), identifier: onx_ambjog3. A lifted version for rural and off-road calls.
  • Benefactor Jogger Ambulance Type 3 (2026), identifier: onx_ambjog. The extended layout for heavier patient transport.

Animated gurney vehicle

  • Brute EjectoLift NX (2026), identifier: onx_gurney

The gurney is a vehicle asset with driver and passenger seat nodes. Those nodes support native seating and scripted patient behaviour, providing defined positions for the medic and patient during the transfer process.

Hold H to raise or lower the gurney. Its lowered position displays an extended handle. Flat and raised backrest variants support supine or seated patient arrangements, and the paint can be coloured to match the department.

Shared ambulance equipment

Every ambulance uses non-ELS lighting, without a client ELS requirement. The 3-digit callsign system is editable and colourable per unit, giving the fleet a configurable numbering arrangement.

Vehicle equipment is selected through modkit and extras. A standard customisation menu handles the choices; the pack does not require a special configurator for swapping its supplied parts.

  • Non-ELS emergency-light setup.
  • Editable, colourable callsigns.
  • Walkable rear bays.
  • Medical equipment loadouts in the patient compartments.
  • 2K liveries.
  • Complete LODs and compressed textures.
  • Controlled polygon counts across the assets.
  • Rockstar-style dirt and crash effects.
  • Custom handling with the native driving character.

The ONX EVP universal library supplies lightbars, antennas, consoles, gurneys and interior parts with a common design. A Bison and a Jogger can therefore share related equipment even though their body layouts differ.

The walkable rear interiors provide the setting for treatment scenes. Medical loadouts, loader choices and the gurney parts occupy that same patient-care area, giving scripts the visual components for transport and in-vehicle care.

Loader selections

Every ambulance supports several loader appearances. The choices include an empty loader, hooks raised for loading, and a gurney stretcher. Stretcher configurations have flat or raised backrests to match the patient arrangement.

The assets provide the model-side elements for alternative transfer workflows. The server’s own medical scripts determine which workflow is used and how the patient moves between the gurney and ambulance.

1) Attach the gurney

A script can attach the gurney vehicle at the ambulance’s misc_s bone. That attachment places it in the rear bay, allowing the stretcher to remain visible inside the rig during transport.

2) Transfer into an interior seat

A script can instead move the patient into a seat within the ambulance. Selecting the corresponding gurney mod part aligns the visible stretcher arrangement with the seating position and animation. This uses native seating while preserving the matching interior appearance.

The gurney’s driver and passenger nodes, the ambulance attachment bone and the matching mod parts are the relevant asset provisions. QBCore, ESX or custom medical logic can be built around them. The bundle supplies the assets rather than a complete patient-management system.

Integration scripting

Creators are permitted to write integration code for the gurney and ambulance models. Those scripts may also be sold commercially. This permission concerns the integration code, while the ONX vehicle assets remain separately distributed.

The ambulance and gurney files must not be reuploaded, redistributed or included inside a script package.

These terms allow developers to build their own transfer and treatment logic around the seat nodes and attachment provisions. They do not permit packaging the vehicle models with the code, even when the script itself is a paid product.

Resource installation

Put the ONX vehicle resources in the server’s resources directory. A grouped folder named [onx_vehicles] is recommended for the fleet. Add ensure [onx_vehicles] to server.cfg so the resources load at startup.

The existing vehicle customisation menu can then configure liveries, consoles, antennas, callsigns and loader equipment through modkits and extras. Those controls expose the model options independently of the medical scripts that manage patient movement.

Framework scope

The pack works with QBCore, ESX, Qbox and standalone setups through the standard vehicle systems. Non-ELS lighting has no client-side mod requirement, and the native customisation categories remain accessible through the server’s normal menu.

Shared parts also relate the ambulances to the wider ONX EVP range. Additional emergency models using that library follow the same equipment design, while each ambulance retains its own body and role-specific configuration.

For fleet planning, the supplied selection totals seven vehicles when the gurney is counted. The body choices cover modern primary response, heavier rural work, an older county rig, urban van transport and lifted off-road response. The gurney links those vehicles to scripted gurney loading or patient transfer into an ambulance seat.

The fleet’s common appearance extends into the patient compartment. Shared consoles, gurney equipment and interior parts relate the box ambulances to the Joggers, while each body retains its own response role. The rear bay remains walkable with medical loadouts available inside.

The gurney’s paint can be matched to the department scheme, and its backrest can be flat or raised. Those visual selections accompany the seat nodes used by patient scripts. Holding H supplies the height animation, with the extended handle visible when the gurney is lowered.
